A scientist in a lab witnesses a monster killing everyone. He escapes and tells the hidden village. Tris, a monster herself, kills everyone in the lab, including the lab managers. Tris kills the last living creature and loses her target. The scientists connected to the core become bloodthirsty monsters. The lab undergoes magical changes. The lab heads, Cross, Margar, and Celia, are transformed and wander the floors. The seal at the entrance won't hold forever. Results. A scientist, hiding in the basement, saw one monster destroy everyone in the basement. He couldn't believe his eyes. I don't think it happened as instructed from above, which means it was his chance to escape. After waiting for a while, he went up to the empty ground floor and rushed to the exit. After escaping and sealing the entrance, he went to the hidden village to tell about what had happened. Meanwhile, Tris was cleaning up floor by floor at the lab, destroying everyone in her path. No one could avoid her arrows. Each one found their target and cut someone's life short. That's how she got to the third floor, where she met the lab managers. Despite all their power and change, they couldn't resist her. She was already more of a monster, whereas they were only a little stronger. Cross was the first to die. Despite all his skill, he couldn't stand the barrage of arrows that Tris had shattered him with. Next, Margar died. The arrow pierced through his skull. The last one was Celia. Even during the battle, she tried to study why they were weaker. The answer was simple. They weren't dying yet. After going through the same thing as Tris, they still weren't dying to unlock the full potential for change. So death was just a step towards her domination. By killing the last living creature in the lab, Tris lost Target again. There was no longer the shock that returned the remains of her former self to her. Like a doll, she went back to where she was ordered. Back to the second floor. There was only one flaw in Celia's plan. She did not consider the last important detail. Why Tris killed everyone. Which was the trigger. She didn't notice the death of the scientists on the connection, but the shock affected everyone connected to the core. Changed and resurrected, they weren't the brightest minds to conduct investigations anymore. They became bloodthirsty monsters, no better than the ones they fought against. Those who were weaker became mere puppets, unable to take complex actions. All they could do was wander the floors and wait for the target to appear. Those who were stronger, they'd get into groups, but they'd still wander. Because of the connection to the core and the general connection. After death, they acquired the features of the strongest participants. So all of them, covered with armor, they still walked the corridors, unable to die. The lab itself hasn't changed either. After Margar and Celia died, a huge magical force filled the core, which led to changes. The lab became quite different. The walls and ceiling were gone. The corridors just hung in the void. Scientific instruments boldly infused into something new, that the general background of memories was perceived as tools for investigations. They hung in space, unnaturally huge. Stairs replaced portals and floors, as if they were in different worlds. Everything changed as much. The cellar, where pain and suffering had been accumulating for a long time, had also changed. A wave of magical energy curved the space, and instead of huge holes in the basement, there were a lot of small roomed cells, like memories of what was here before. It's not known how they're connected, but there are transitions in curved space. This maze of cells can still store something. The heads of the lab have not escaped all these changes either. The cross reborn first, was covered with armor, clutching its blades in the hands. The mind left him. Only one thought survived in his death-stricken mind, guard the third floor. And so, he wanders there, protecting him from any outsiders. Even though he has lost his mind, he remains as dangerous. His skills have not gone anywhere. Margar, clinging to his memories of vivisection, occupied the first floor of the lab. He wanders through it, aimlessly healing every monster he meets. There's no telling why the gods didn't reject him, but death has only strengthened his abilities. Even though he doesn't look like a monster, like everyone else, he's much more dangerous than anyone who's left to wander this floor. Celia, the last person to die within these walls, was the least hit mentally. It didn't help her keep her sanity completely, but she had enough time after her birth to do something. She was only able to steal on the second floor of Triss, so that in case of another disabase, she would not kill again. Having sealed her in the former central hall, she went to her secret office. But she overestimated her powers. A terrible mental blow, still spinning in the mental field of the core, caught up to her, hitting her with all its might. It was a blow she couldn't take, and she died again. Revived with the body of a monster, and with the ability to draw abilities from the core, she was led by only two thoughts. She must change everyone to be like her subordinates, and destroy all monsters. This was the end of the monster research initiative. The chosen scientist told all the chapters of the three races, adding that he sealed the entrance, and no one will be able to leave in the near future. The expedition sent to the entrance confirmed his words. He stayed in the hidden village, offering brave travelers the opportunity to strengthen themselves to fight monsters. And in the abandoned lab, perverted, turned into monsters by former scientists, continued to walk through empty corridors. The once archbishop continues to heal, and Celia, once a brilliant scientist, and head of the whole project, has closed her office. And at moments, when her mind is even a little clearer, makes her plans to change the whole continent in her own image, thus hitting up her own madness. The seal at the entrance is sturdy, but even it cannot hold on indefinitely.
