Keep the lyrics - so integral to the piece and a powerful statement for this era. Have you tried different voice registers, timbres, or otherwise altering the voice, maybe making it more "punchy," voice rasp is good, "talk at us bro and tell us like it is" if rap is what you're leaning into - maybe try bolder, accented syncopation in the voice part? Amazing work!
