The speaker believes that there are issues in education that need to be addressed. They argue for a more equal level of education regardless of location and suggest improving methods of determining the quality of education students receive. The speaker also advocates for providing teachers with more resources and higher pay to motivate them to be better educators. They emphasize that without adequate support, it will be challenging for teachers to provide quality education to their students. There are still a few things that I think need to be changed in education. I think that there needs to be a more universal level of education, no matter where you live. I still think that there are disparities in the level of teaching that students receive based on their location, so I think there needs to be a better way to keep track of how we are determining which levels of education students are receiving. I also think that teachers need to be given more resources, as well as a higher pay to motivate them to be better teachers as well. If teachers aren't receiving what they need to be good teachers, then it's going to be hard for them to give that good teaching to their students.
