Mr. Vernon Cypert wrote this song 60 years ago in memory of my Dad Floyd L. Hale who was fatality injured on June 28, 1961 in a farm accident. This song has copy rights at Stamp Quartet formerly Stamp Baxter Music. These two men left me an heritage that not many people have and I am so grateful for my Dad and Vernon.
