God never promised that life would be easy. He never said that we wouldn't face challenges or difficulties. However, he did promise that he would always be there to help us when we need it. Sometimes we feel like we're in a low point in life, while other times we feel like we're on top of the world. The weight of our burdens may vary, but God is constant. He never changes and he never lets us down. He never promised the cross wouldn't get heavy, or the hill wouldn't be hard to climb. He never said a victory would come without a fight, but he did promise help would come right on time. Some days we feel like we're in the valley, other days we feel like we're on top of the highest mountain. Some days the cross feels heavy, and some days it's as light as a feather. But in the good and in the bad, he is always by your side. He never changes, and he never fails.
