A simple but effective induction I have used over the years to teach self hypnosis to clients with stress pain and anxiety as well as those learning hypnosis on the courses I run for MCCH. This induction is to be used at night just before sleep to slow the mind, focus on the moment and engage with the subconcious. Healing the body, mind and ending in a deep relaxing sleep.
