The speaker welcomes job hunters to his YouTube channel, where he aims to help them crack .NET interviews. He emphasizes the importance of being prepared to answer the question, "Tell me about yourself," which is commonly asked in interviews. He suggests breaking the answer into three parts: personal introduction, technology stack, and current role and responsibilities. He advises providing information about graduation, achievements, certifications, and experience. For the technology stack, he recommends mentioning specific technologies and having a good command over them. Lastly, he highlights the significance of explaining one's current project and being knowledgeable about its details. Hello Job Hunters, welcome you all on my YouTube channel. My name is Rohit and I have created this channel to help you guys to crack the .NET interviews. So before we will start with the .NET questions, I would like to put the questions which is very common for all the interviews across the industry. So the question is, tell me about yourself, what are the technologies you work so far and your current role and responsibility in your project. So this is the first question which mostly all of the interviewer will ask if you are giving any kind of interviews across the industry. It may be on .NET, it may be Java, PHP, Python, anything. So just we need to make sure that we are very prepared with the answer for this question. So as also we all know that you know the famous quote, the first impression is the last impression. So considering that into the mind, be very careful to answer this. For this question particularly, I can say, you can break this question into three parts. So the first part is like tell me about yourself, second is the technology stack or maybe the technologies you have worked so far and the third and most important, your current role and responsibility in your project. So while answering the first part of it, you can simply to simply answer to the interviewer your graduation from the university, your passing year, also your achievements during your study. Of course, any certification if you have or year of experience you are currently holding in the industry. So that would be the enough for this part of question. Now if I talk about the second part, like technologies you have worked so far. So I will suggest just take the technologies name you have worked on. So if you are from .NET, you can take the name like ESP.NET, C-Sharp, SQL Server. Of course, if you have any hands-on on the cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP, you can take any of those names. But make sure while taking the name, you have a good command over the technologies which you are telling to the interviewers. So we are now talking about the third part which is very important and why it is important because most of the questions interviewer will ask you from this part only. So explain to the interviewer about your current project, what exactly you are helping, I mean in which manner you are helping your team, your day-to-day activity, the technologies you are using to design or develop this project. So I mean this will be the enough to the interviewer and most of the questions interviewer will definitely ask from those sections only. So explaining this, just be prepared with your current project knowledge in the key details I will say.
