"Mi Torito", del compositor costarricense Bienvenido Villalta, es una pieza representativa del folclore nacional. Fue reconocida en 2002 por el Festival de la Creatividad del MEP con el primer lugar al mejor arreglo coral. Esta versión ha sido adaptada para cuarteto de saxofones, conservando su esencia tradicional y aportando una nueva sonoridad que resalta su riqueza rítmica y melódica.
