Riley and their friends, Robbie and Claire, discuss their favorite study spots on campus. Riley likes studying in the Health Science Building, especially in the HVAC area and the study rooms on their dorm floor. Robbie prefers HSEC because it is quiet and has many spots, while not being a fan of Walter due to its serious atmosphere and bad acoustics. They mention that Walter can be nice at certain times and has a silent section. They also mention Northrop Fourth Floor as a recent favorite spot. Overall, they have their preferred study spots on campus. Hi, I'm Riley Winger, and today I'm going to talk with two of my friends, Robbie and Claire, about some of the good study spots on campus. So personally, I really like studying in the Health Science Building. It's pretty close to my dorm, which is in Superblock, so that's pretty nice. Yeah, I really enjoy studying in HVAC. I like the silent library, but I also like the study room that you can reserve, and then personally, I also like the study rooms on my dorm floor. I think that if I can find those empty, they're pretty nice to use, because they're just nice and close. Yeah, I agree. How about you? I like HSEC. It's got a lot of spots. It's pretty quiet most of the time. I've tried Walter a couple times, but I'm not a big fan of Walter. It's too serious, and the acoustics are very bad for the volume levels I want. Yeah, I think it gets really busy. I think there are times a day Walter's pretty nice. They have like a silent section, and then they have like a place where you can talk, but I love the ceilings. Oh yeah, upstairs. Romanticize your study session. Yeah, but I think the toaster is overrated. I do like the toaster. It has a cafe at the bottom, but yeah, so I would say, and also for some reason, Northrop has been pretty nice recently. Northrop Fourth Floor. Yeah, pretty cool. But yeah, those are my favorite spots. Nice!
