I'm Riddick Kolita and today we are going to dive into something that we all need a little more of in our lives, motivation. You know, every day we wake up with the opportunity to make our lives better. But sometimes it feels like the weight of the world is on our shoulders, and it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you have ever felt like this way, you are not alone. We all have moments of doubt, where we question our abilities and our path. But there's the truth, you are stronger than you think. Today I want to share with you three powerful thoughts that can help you push through those tough times and find the strength to keep going. Number one, embrace the struggle. Success is not about avoiding difficulties, it's about facing them head on. Every challenge you encounter is an opportunity to grow, to learn something new about yourself and to become even more resilient. Remember, diamonds are formed under pressure, so when you feel like you're being squeezed by life, think of it as a sign that you are being shaped into something brilliant. Number two, focus on your why. Why did you start? What is it that drives you to get out of bed every morning? When you connect deeply with your purpose, your why, it becomes easier to push through the hard days. Your why is your fuel and it's what will keep you moving forward. Even when the road gets tough, so take a moment to remind yourself of your purpose, write it down, keep it close and let it guide you. Number three, believe in the power of small steps. It's easy to get overwhelmed when you look at the big picture and see how far we have gone, but progress is made one step at a time. Focus on what you can do today, no matter how small it seems, every little step adds up and before you know it, you will look back and realize how far you have come. So guys, when life feels tough, remember these three things, embrace the struggle, focus on your why and take small steps every day, you've got this, believe in yourself and keep moving forward.
