Somewhat of a mystery. Original sound source Operator I think, going into Echo and Valhalla Room reverb. No midi file in the project so I can't tell how notes were generated. Final piece is the same audio on three tracks. One playing at original speed, one half speed, and one double speed. Some bandpass filtering on the double speed track.
