In Zuleta, parents are getting more involved in creating safe and friendly school environments for their children. The Safe and Protected Childhood Program supports children aged 6 to 14 in developing self-confidence, resilience, and positive relationships without violence. In Zuleta, the boys and girls in the community get ready early in the morning to go to school. For some years now, parents are becoming increasingly involved to ensure that their children thrive in family- and community-oriented, friendly, and safe school environments. The Safe and Protected Childhood Program aims to strengthen the self-confidence, resilience, and ability to maintain positive and violence-free relationships in boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 14.
