A short story about my grandma. She always knew where to find wild yams, mushrooms, edible greens, fish and prawns, having spent many decades of her life foraging in the wilderness. From dusk to dawn, she worked the land like a buzzing honeybee, pausing only to take a sip of water and break to eat once a day. I followed her closely.
