Amidst this, the distinct sound of a construction site cuts through. There's a rhythmic clanging of iron materials, a symphony of construction that speaks of progress and industry. The wind seems to be interacting with everything it touches, causing a chorus of squeaky responses from the city structures, adding a unique layer to the soundscape. You can clearly hear the waving of temporary plastic sheets on the scaffolding, flapping and snapping in the gusty onslaught.
