The Adobe Campaign Web UI is designed to work best with Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. When you log in to the Experience Cloud, you can access all applications available. The new interface of the Adobe Campaign Web UI allows you to view updates and capabilities, check performance indicators, access learning materials, and navigate between different instances and solutions. You can also access the Help Center for videos and community support. The left pane provides access to different functionalities such as campaigns, deliveries, workflows, profiles, audiences, and reports. You can create, manage, and customize these elements based on your needs. Adobe Campaign Web UI is designed to work optimally in the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. When you log on to the Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud homepage is displayed. From here, you can quickly access all applications available in the Experience Cloud. Let's click Campaign and click Launch below Adobe Campaign to open your instance. Here is the new interface of the Adobe Campaign Web UI. On the homepage, you can view the latest updates and new capabilities available in Campaign Web UI. You can view the release notes and detailed documentation for the given topics. In the Key Performance Indicators section, you can check the effectiveness of your deliveries across channels. The Recent section provides the list of all elements that you've worked on or created. In the Learning section, you will find the learning documentations and tutorials for self-learning about the product. In the upper right corner, you can use the drop-down menu to navigate to different instances you have access to. You can click the waffle menu to access and navigate to different Adobe Experience solutions that your organization has access to. You can switch between the solutions anytime without logging in or logging out of the current solution. Click the question mark icon to access the Help Center, where you will find the short series of Experience League videos to learn how to use Experience Cloud solutions and Experience League Community to find answers to your questions. On this menu, you can click the Support tab to find support resources or submit a ticket as a supported user. You can go to the Feedback tab to provide us your feedback. Click the bell Click the bell icon to view notifications and announcements sent to you on products and other relevant updates. You can use the blue icon to view and manage your account details. In this menu, you can use the Preferences option to choose your preferred language. In the left pane, you will find the list of capabilities grouped as per its functionality and use. Click Explorer to view the campaign resources and associated items that you have created and are managing in the Client Console. You can browse all your campaign VA components, folders, and schemas, and created deliveries, workflows, and campaigns. The items displayed in the Explorer depend on your user permissions. You can also add folders and subfolders if you have proper rights. You can expand campaign management to work on campaigns, deliveries, landing pages, and workflows. Click Campaigns to view all campaigns available to you on the Browse tab and the Campaign Templates on the Templates tab. You can use the Show Filters icon to filter the campaigns and find a specific campaign you are looking for. By default, you can view the Start in Creation Last Modification dates, the status, and the name of the campaign operator who created it. You can use the Configure columns for custom layout to configure the column view as required. You can also sort the individual columns in ascending and descending order. In the first column, you can use the ellipses, that is, the More Actions drop-down menu to perform action on the campaign, such as duplicate it, delete it, or view direct report of the campaign. The question mark icon next to the title of an object available across the application is the AI-powered Knowledge Assistant. You can click this question mark icon at different levels to learn more about the object, get direct access to the corresponding documentation, and ask questions of the AI-powered assistant. There are some questions already listed for you. You can either choose from the listed questions or ask your own questions pertaining to the object's capabilities. Click the Create Campaign to create a campaign. Note that these features are common and are available in other relevant objects as well. In the left pane, click Deliveries to view, create, and manage deliveries. Click a delivery to open its dashboard to get an overview of the delivery details. Note that the deliveries created in Campaign Web UI are instantly available on the client console and vice versa. Landing pages are standalone web pages used in Adobe Campaign to direct users after they click a link in a delivery or on a website. You can now create landing pages with ease for acquisition, subscription, unsubscription, and denialists. You can design a landing page by choosing a template as per your use case, providing the required details, editing the landing page content with the email designer, and publishing it. In the left pane, click Workflows to access the full list of standalone and campaign workflows, check their status, last, next, execution dates, and create a new workflow. Note that workflows created in Campaign Web UI are instantly available on the client console and vice versa. Also note that partially supported workflow features in the Campaign Web UI will be read-only. However, you can run and execute these workflows in Campaign Web UI. Click the Templates tab to access available workflow templates. You can expand customer management to work on profile, audiences, subscription services, and predefined filters. Click Profiles to create and manage profiles and test profiles. Click Audiences to create and manage audiences. Click Subscription services to create and manage subscriptions. Click Predefined filters to create and manage custom filters. These filters can be saved for future use. You can expand decision management to view offers. Click Offers to view the list of offers and offer templates that are created in the client console. You can expand reporting to view reports. Click Reports to view and analyze your campaign performance. These reports provide a consolidated view of key traffic and engagement metrics for each channel within your campaign. In the Reports page, you can export these metrics to PDF or CDF formats. You can expand administration to view audit trail and schemas. Click Audit Trail to view a comprehensive list of actions and events that occurred on the object you worked on. Note that only administrators of the client console instance can manage audit trail. Click Schemas to view a list of source schemas that define an entity in the database. Note that only administrators of the client console instance can manage schemas.
