The "heart song" is written from the perspective of someone who very rarely experiences “Butterflies floating within.” Then when they do – it’s a bit surreal and offputting so the feeling really stands out. The first part represents this uncertainty with a new mysterious feeling that’s supposedly called love. The second part represents allowing one’s self to trust the pursuit and let themselves go into this feeling. Minor chords represent those doubts that ultimately subside.
