The project is a gastronomic market in Surquillo that combines product exchange with the promotion of national cuisine. Se aprovecha la creciente actividad gastronómica de la zona, y la potencia con estrategias de diseño arquitectónico que responden a la fluidez espacial, así como la remodelación del mercado antiguo, y su ampliación que incluye actividades complementarias a las existentes también.
