One is short term solutions, another one is long term solutions. Let's talk about the short term solutions. See, the short term solutions are very simple. Here you need to do the three things in order to overcome from the distractions. First thing first, you need to use the Pomodoro Technique for the 25 minutes. Whenever you get started studying, you need to use the Pomodoro Technique for the 25 minutes. Use timer for 25 minutes of work and with no mobile and no call. And sit and work for the next 25 minutes and take a break for 5 minutes. When you actually completed the taken time. Because this technique will help you due to the rest of the productivity of the whole day. And the second thing you need to do is that switch off your mobile phone for the no more distractions. And also say no to your friends and the girlfriends. If you are all doing this, then you are in the right path to work on yourself. But something you are missing, that is lazy 20 rule. This is the rule that plays a very important role and a crucial role for your study when you actually get started. So this is the lazy 20 rules work like this. When you are actually going to study the different things at the same time. If you are putting for the effort of 20% of your work, you need to get 80% of work done. So here you need to do the three things when you actually get into the long term solution. First thing first, say no to the high dopamine activities. Second, stop scrolling Instagram.
