In 2018, a survey called the Big Bus Debate was conducted to gather people's opinions on bus services and their expectations for the future. The main concerns expressed were the need for reliable, punctual, affordable, and environmentally friendly buses. People also wanted faster journeys by avoiding traffic and buses that operate according to their schedules and take them to their desired destinations. In 2018, we launched the Big Bus Debate and asked you what you thought about bus services and what you'd like to see in the future to meet your needs. You told us that you needed buses that are reliable, on time, affordable and greener. Quicker journeys, spending less time stuck in traffic. Buses that run at times you need them and take you to where you want to go.
