This poem was written as a kind of lullaby to help people who, like me, have suffered from Sleep Paralysis nightmares, leading to insomnia. It has sound effects in the background such as angels singing (my voice played as chords on a keyboard, using a sampler keyboard). This poem is also on YouTube as a video, where I used AI to make realistic looking angels and nature scenes, for lines like "Let me float, like a feather, in the arms of the breeze".
