This recording was improvised jam on a bass line, July 23rd 1974. My brother Dave Maynard: drums, Alex Schultz: bass and I'm playing double neck. Experimenting with stereo echo with an echoplex, with a microphone in it. The original was 21 min and this is mostly the first 37 seconds and last 14 min. It drags a bit in the last third but I figured leave the whole last 14 min intact. I can hear the through line with "Skyline" from "Rough Sketch" CD - still playing the same themes 50 years later.
