The plan consists of three phases. Phase 1 is for planning and assessment and will last for three months from December 2023 to February 2024. Phase 2 is the implementation phase and will take 12 months from March 2024 to February 2025. Phase 3 is the evaluation phase and will last for three months from March 2025 to May 2025. We recommend the following schedule to implement our plan. Phase 1 will be planning and assessment phase, during which we will work with CVS to plan the necessary changes, make sure staffing is in place, and communicate expected changes to employees. This will last for three months, from December 2023 to February 2024. The second phase, Phase 2, will involve implementation of the main features of the plan, physical security measures, employee training and engagement, and technological advancements. This phase is scheduled to take 12 months, from March 2024 to February 2025. The final phase, Phase 3, will be the evaluation phase, and will involve assessment of the success of our efforts. This phase will last for three months, from March 2025 to May 2025.
