The transcription is about the end of season one of the podcast "Airtime with Pat" and the beginning of season two on the Patreon platform. The host guides the listener through a meditation, focusing on deep breathing and good posture. The meditation ends with a blessing of the body, acknowledging the holiness and marvel of each individual. The host encourages listeners to join the Airtime community on Patreon and invites them to reach out for further engagement. Welcome to Airtime with Pat. Part of the Airtime community as well as a podcast intended to help each of us listen more deeply to the divine always around us, the divine always within us, the divine within others, and the divine throughout creation. Today marks the end of season one of Airtime with Pat, at least with the guided meditation part. Season two picks up next week but only on the Patreon platform. Patreon is easily downloadable through Apple or the Google Play Store. Then search for Pat Sigler, Airtime Community, or Airtime with Pat. Join for free. There's also tiered membership levels with more opportunities to engage with the Airtime community. I thought I'd end our first season with what some folks call a blessing of the body. Let's get started. Begin with a few deep breaths and get yourself into a good posture for listening. Sit in a way that makes your body comfortable but still maintains good posture. Align your back nice and straight. Remember to maintain your focus on your breath. Like last time, put your feet on the floor, your hands resting at ease in your lap or on your legs. Take three more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. One last one in and out. This blessing takes one look at you and all it can say is holy. Holy hands, holy face, holy feet, holy everything in between, holy even in pain, holy even when weary, in brokenness, holy, in shame, holy still, holy in delight, holy in distress, holy when being born, holy when we lay it down at the hour of our death. So friend, open your eyes, holy eyes. For one moment see what this blessing sees, this blessing that knows how you have been formed and knit together in wonder and in love and in awe. Welcome this blessing that folds its hands around you, enveloping you when it meets you. Receive this blessing that wants to kneel in reverence before you. You are a temple, you are a sanctuary, you are home for the divine in this world. You are holy, you are blessed, and you are a marvel. Now come back to your breath. Feel the floor beneath your feet. Stretch and roll your shoulders and back a little bit. We'll conclude with three more deep breaths. In through the nose and out through the mouth. One more in and out. Thanks for the vulnerability of sharing a blessing of the body with me today. If you're already on Patreon, reach out with a chat or a post. Start building our Airtime community. And I will see you there next week.
