Often, we feel the need to address others for what they said to us, how we were treated or when we were younger, we had difficulties using our words. You will begin your journey in your safe place. Once in your safe place, the audio guides you to address another person who has had a negative impact on you in your life. You will feel complete, feel 'enough' as a result of this exercise. You will also be encouraged to sleep, a deep and restful sleep afterwards.
