Ayurveda view on the Six Tastes and their importance in Digestion This show will discuss the 6 tatses of Sweet, Salty, Sour, Pungent, Bitter and Astringent. I will discuss how they affect our body and mind through the doshas. I will give examples of foods and drinks for each taste. I will explain how by developing and understanding of the Six Tastes and their effects we can maintain balance via our food choices and digestion.
