C One of the first things that I learned in photography, and some people ask me for a photography tip, and I don't really have too much to say, but basically I always say, you're not going to be a great photographer trying to learn from you people. That's not going to work. If you want to get a mentor, fine. If you want to get somebody, if you want to get a cheerleading section, fine. But the only way you're going to be a great photographer is that you have to get up and swing the bat every day. And that comes from shooting a camera to retouching a thousand pictures of Lake Mead. So, you know, I watch football. I'm a guy guy. I watch football. The Golden Knights are my favorite team. I'm a diehard fan. I've been here for 10 years and I ain't going nowhere. I have 10 kids, I have seven grandkids. Yes, I'm very good with family photography, and I didn't learn anything about family photography on YouTube. An elven warrior trapped on modern day earth, two friends with different destinies meet at a magical school. These are some of the stories we at Electric Lips Comics are working on. You can get your copies of both The Manor Chronicles and Tales of Ithilel at elpmerch.com. Support independent creators. Explore the merch featuring exciting ELP comics art with a wide range of designs. Electric Lips Comics. Imagination electrified. It's so fun to be a little light cloud for you. Don't have to make a thing out there, just follow a dream, follow a dream. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, Reverend, it's biblical, right? I know people can use the Bible in twists and turns, but simultaneously, well, what if all these different, and I thought that, what if all these different doctrines are, they're all true? They're just, we're going to do this, but not that. I said, okay, but don't, don't get into a tiff over it. It's like, you do this, we do that. Okay. Are we all serving God simultaneously? Is it causing growth? Are we reaching out the gospel, preaching the word? Are we following after Jesus Christ? Father, Son, and Holy, following after God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit? Right. Are we engaged in a relationship with Him? Like you and I talk. Are we talking to God? And are we listening to God? Yeah. It's okay that all of our senses, the sight, the smell, the taste, the feel, and whatever the other words, whatever, and that is something that's very, yeah, that's very interesting to use as well. Utilizing, because some people are blind, so something else tightens up, right? Or somebody can't hear. It doesn't mean that God doesn't exist or whatever, but something else tightens up. So we have to be open on all of our senses to be able to feel, smell, taste. That's the other one. You know, to see, whatever. But being blind, I can definitely attest to the spiritual realm that's stronger. Like seeing in the spiritual realm, it was so much stronger. I was like, wow. I said, I don't want to be blind for the rest of my life, technically. You know what I mean? I know some people are, but the physical eyesight can only go so far, and it only sees destruction. But our spiritual sees, you know, all types of stuff. I've seen demons, all kinds of stuff, or whatever. I said, wow, that's pretty interesting to see. So it's a different thing to be with, or whatever. And yeah, be open to all of it. Yes, yes. And God, as he says in Deuteronomy 6.4, now God is not, obviously we can feel God, but God is not a feeling. Yes, we have our senses. But what people think is that when you listen, God does talk. Besides his word, he will talk. But we're not schizophrenic, we're not madness. What do you think God did with Adam? He walked with him in the cool of the evening in the garden. And he says in Deuteronomy 6.4, Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And it was going back to, I think I'll pull it up later. Oh yeah, that's going to come up later. I'll talk about that later. All my points will get where they get. They'll get there. But in Isaiah 43, he talks, God is a jealous God. God is. He says, Isaiah 43 verses 10-11, he says, You are my witnesses, declares the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no God was formed, nor will there be one after me. Even I am the Lord, and apart from me there is no savior. So the word told in that, I like that scripture part. Sometimes as I read this, as I'm speaking on here, things come to you when you're reading the word of God. It says, Before me no God was formed, nor after me. You may make something, but guess what? It doesn't matter. You may make images for you. However, there won't be anybody before or after me. Which says that he transcends all time. He's eternal. So, none before me, none after me. And there you go. All right, go ahead and show that first video. Okay. I've got to set it up. Wait, what? Okay, there we go. Someone asked me at a university one day, Can you prove God exists? And I answered, No. I cannot put God in a test tube. I cannot put God in a laboratory and say, Here's God. How do I know that God exists? All the evidence seems to indicate that he does. I look up in the starry sky and I say, There must be a God. I look at the beautiful nature round about me and I say, There must be a God. I see the birth of a baby. Gary Player was telling us yesterday how he saw the birth of his last child. And he said, As I watched that, I knew that there had to be a God. But there's another reason. Deep in your heart you have a conscience. And your conscience tells you there must be a God. Something down inside tells me there must be a God. Amen. And there has to be conscience, creation, time, space and matter. Because God is not, like we said, God can't be put in a test tube. God is not confined to time, space and matter. There's a preacher, he's also a professor, called Dr. Dino, D-I-N-O. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. It's like the Flintstones, Dr. Dino. God created time in the beginning. God created space, the heavens. And God created matter, the earth. So just in that time, time began that creation. Before something can begin, something around it, something bigger than time has to exist. And we don't come from inanimate objects. We don't come from single-celled organisms. We're multi-celled. We're a unique feature. We're different. So when people say, oh, this is how this happened. No, scientifically, mathematically, no. And so people get lost up in the weeds of discussion. Now, do I know all the mathematics and science behind it? No, I don't. I don't. I'm limited in my information. And I can watch people who are much more smarter than me, who can explain stuff, and they do it. And just there's a whole lot there. But God is. God is. And he created everything. We're made for him. Apart from him, there is no Savior. And when he was delivering, when he told Moses to go in, Exodus 20, verses 1 through 6, when he was delivering, when Moses was meeting with him for the Ten Commandments, and God spoke these words, he says, First commandment out of the Ten, I am the Lord your God who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. He's establishing his authority. He's like, I'm the God. I'm the one who brought you. Nobody else could because, remember, they were slaves. They were crying out, God, for 430 years the Israelites were slaves in Egypt. Right. He says, You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth below or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love and keep my commandments. Because God's like, I'm it, baby. I'm it because why? And I know, I mean, I know why. It's the autonomy. It's who's in charge of my life. I know. It's in sin, of course. Okay, so for those that don't know, explain autonomy. Autonomy, I'm sorry. Autonomy. A-U-T-O-N-O-M-Y. Okay, so autonomy basically is saying wanting to be in charge of yourself. I want to be free. I'm going to do what I want to do. No one's in charge. So autonomy is like, it starts young. It's like, you're not going to tell me what to do. And as we become adults and as we work our way, children or parents, you know, the ideal process is teaching your children how to be autonomous but not be rebellious. Okay. But the autonomy here is who's in charge of my life. If God's in charge of my life, I don't have full autonomy. But if God's not in charge of my life, I only think I have full autonomy. But it's sin that keeps us at bay. Whereas if we would submit ourselves over to God, that, yeah, we have autonomy to do what we do. But we do the will of God. So we're being servants and autonomous simultaneously, which seems like an oxymoron. But there's actually more freedom there. And people don't realize that because they're like, ah, you look like you're not having fun. I'm doing okay. I'd rather be free and guilt-free than seem like I'm free and be burdened down. Right. Now, something with that, I remember hearing at my son's school, there was a person who was speaking. And he was saying a lot of people think that the Bible is the book of don'ts. Right. Like always saying, don't do this and don't do that. And he said, but if you really look at it, it's a book of do's. Yes. You know, and that really stuck with me. He goes, see it in that light and see what happens. But just doing this and doing that, and he's like, it's not a bad thing. Just keeping us in track. You know, we've got to have some kind of a, what do you call it? We have to have rules and regulations. Otherwise, we're going to just run amok and get ourselves in trouble somewhere along the way. And I'd rather have the freedom to be able to be, but have rules as well. Yes. You know, if that makes any sense. No, it makes sense. Yeah, I need rules. Right. People need rules. ADHD people need rules. We all need rules. We all need rules, yes. You know, we have the cops for a reason. We have the law. We have, you know what I mean? If we, just everybody's going to die if we're not going to. Right. Yeah. It's just that thing. And we see that as a bad thing sometimes, but it's really a good thing. And everything that's sent there, that's made there, the law, it was made for the, it's made for the rule breaker. It's made for the criminally minded. It's made for the, in the Bible, the law is made for the sinner. Yeah. But we have grace and mercy. Yes, the law is there, but we still, you know, it says love the Lord your God. We have ten commandments. Love the Lord God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind. Yes. Jesus even reiterated that. And, but the preface is, is that he exists. And many people go about with all their lives thinking that he does it. And they live that way. Or one, if they're told, they reject. Or two, if they're never told, they don't know. Right. And when they come in contact, it's like, oh. But they may be, and it may be something strange, because something is basic now. It tells us what kind of, where we're living at, what kind of days we have. And it's similar to me, as in the book of Judges, the generation that forgot about Moses and Joshua. We have a lot of children and adults who have never heard of Adam and Eve. Never heard of Jesus. Never heard of David and Goliath. Even something, David and Goliath, you know, never heard of. Everybody knows about David and Goliath. You know, it's like, we all, back in the day, we all heard, if you weren't in church, David and Goliath was the story. You heard. You knew about David and Goliath some way, somehow, or another. You know, yeah. But they've turned themselves over to, because that turns over the gods, and now we have all these people like, oh, this god, that god. And like, well, how do you know which god is, whatever. Well, God himself even says in Isaiah 44, 9 through 11. You know, all who make idols are nothing, and the things they treasure are worthless. Those who would speak up for them are blind. They are ignorant for their own shame. Who shapes a god and casts an idol which can profit nothing? People who do that will be put to shame. Such craftsmen are only human beings. Let them all come together and take their stand. They will be brought down to terror and shame. And when I read that, and I've had this process before, and I've thought about this, just philosophically, practically, why would I make an image that I created and bow down to it? Why would I make something that is weaker than me, that has no power over me, and give my life to that image or idol or whatever? Like you see the statues and this and that from just various places, various religions, various places around the world, where they bow down. It's like, it's not going to help you. Does it talk? Can it, as God said in his Word, can it hear? Right. You know? And so, where's it at? You know? So that's, it's kind of like God mocking, like, okay, yell a little louder. You know, like when Elijah was with the prophets of Baal. Yell a little louder. Go talk louder. You know? It's like, he's talking smack. But that was, of course, at that time, it was, you know, it had to. It was, because the prophets, a lot of prophets called it out. The prophets was not always, it was not a great position. I mean, besides the fact that, you know, they were, you could say you had the school prophets. They were martyred, a lot of them. The prophets didn't always have the great position. I mean, Jesus, they were like, they had to tell the nation of Israel, you guys are going to die. Or you're going to be enslaved for 70 years. Or there's going to be a famine. You know, they're like, hey, here's this man of God. Ooh, here he comes. Ooh, here he comes. So there was this reverence. At the same time, there was this fear. And he's like, okay. Now he's talking smack. Come on, where's your guy? Come on. He's not talking. You know, what's he doing? So maybe he's asleep. They were talking smack. I was like, oh, that's some junk talk. But just the fact that God said, don't put anything before me. Now, what does that look like today? People are like, oh, that was in the same fashion. Okay. I can tell what it looks like. Yeah, the foam. It looks like a bag. Who knows? Can I see it? There it is. Get it in the zone. I'm in the twilight zone. Okay. So foam. And the first thing you thought, I'm guilty. I am. Me too. Oh, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Why am I looking at that first? Or why am I thinking through the bathroom? I don't need to watch a video everywhere I go. But I do. I do. You know, when I go to the bus stop and I'm traveling, of course I take it with me. I don't want to leave it in the car. I don't want to be stolen. But, you know, somebody could see it and trash it. But simultaneously, I'm like, why am I taking, you know, why am I watching videos wherever I go? I don't need to. I don't need to. Television. Whatever it is, whatever it is that you do that you put before God, it could be going to the gym. It could be sleeping in. I know we're tired, but we've got to spend time. It could be anything. Because I think we're at that, and we're like, oh, I don't want to miss this. We have these things called where we can record, you know, like now. And we can see each other, you know. We can see that thing later. I don't have to miss the end of the video. I can put it on pause or turn it off and come back to it later. It's just things we can do. Or our show, you know. Yeah. Every day at three o'clock, my mother was always, my stories, you know. I know. We know. We know. Five and a half minutes. Yes, yes, yes, yes. These are the days of our lives. These are the days of our lives. But as these are the days of our lives, the Bible says redeem the time for the days are evil. So we have to, it says don't put any idols before me. Don't fashion it. Okay. Money too. Money too. Don't put that scripture mixed up. Money is evil. It's not evil. It's the love of money. The love of money. You can make your money. Utilize it properly. But don't put that before God. God will always provide. He will make sure, he says, if you put the kingdom of heaven before everything else, that everything will come to, like, well, I just kind of paraphrased it. But it's Matthew 6, 33 and 34, you know. Right. But, yeah, that's where people get mixed up. The money. Don't, you can have the money. Just utilize it properly. But don't make it your God. Don't, you know, work, work, work, work, work, and what are you doing? You're going to work and die. Yeah. You know, there's, you have a, the work, or don't go to the job. It's your work and life. There's two different ways of that. And, you know, so God, you have a God-given work on this earth that you have to do. You know? So, like, go with that and whatever the vision is that he gave you, he'll provide the money. He'll provide the people. He'll provide all of that that you need. That the ram and the bush, like, you never know. Don't expect people to, you don't idolize people either. Don't expect them to stay forever. You know? Or put them on a pedestal. Please don't do that with your pastors and all that stuff. Like, it is, they're people too. Like, you know, but we're all in this together. Don't try to take their job. You got your own job. You got your own, you know, your own little lane that you need to stay in. We all have our lane to stay in. But God has to come first. You know? Oh, absolutely. Dick, I can't tell you how many times I've heard people say, oh, he is, like, talking about a person. Oh, he's a God. Like, no, he's not. He's a person. Yeah. Yeah. But, you know, and we talk about God because he wants us to love him. Not just, like, don't worship these idols. But bring people to me. Like, hey, well, I created you now. Go tell them. Right? You got to connect people to God. Like it says in Matthew 28 and 19. Therefore, go. Go. Now, what's interesting about before that, in verse 18, Jesus said, All authority under heaven has been given to me. This is post-resurrection. All authority is in the power of Jesus' name. All of it. And then when he told his disciples, go and make disciples of all nations. Because the power of authority is in my name, go in my name. Go. Baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. And they got a taste of the Godhead because early on, because not only do we want to see that God is, right, he's the one true God, but he's also multiple facets. And today I'm only touching on the generalization of who is God. And later on I'll break it down even further. Well, something comes to my spirit right now that I have to say this, is that prophets, let me tell you all. There are prophets, a lot of the prophets I've been seeing, they're putting themselves, like, okay, so the word is great. It went forth when it went forth, right? So like even if they write it down, you write down all your stuff or whatever. But now I've been seeing that they've been, I told you this, like, you know, given that proof, like, when that actual thing happens and all that stuff. No, we're supposed to give out the word. If people want to hear it, they want to hear it back then and all that stuff, preparations, blah, blah, blah. But then now if you keep doing that, you're going to be putting God second. Now you're making yourself a God trying to prove that you are this thing. And then you're screaming and yelling at the people or whatever, because they're not wanting to hear it. But y'all need to stop that, please. You know, like, you give out the word, you help the people prepare, whoever wants to hear it, hear it, and all that stuff. You did your job. Keep it moving. And don't be putting yourself as a God. Please stop doing that process. Please. Because that is not, you are now putting yourself as God. You do not have to prove yourself to anybody. God will prove everything when time needs to come. Like, so, yeah. So just carry on. That had been my spirit to tell y'all that. Like, no, we're not playing that game. Amen. Amen. God is the word. Absolutely. And when Jesus was baptized, Luke 3.22, the Holy Spirit descended upon him and bodily formed like a dove, and a voice came from heaven, you are my son, whom I love. With you I am well pleased. So there we have the one true God, as I'm going into Father, Son, Holy Spirit, yet each showing themselves separately in this position. And going from there, because we call these, so let's go to what we call the term, the Trinity. Now, where do you get? No, the Trinity is not in the Bible, but the Godliness, the divinity, if you will, the divinity of all three is spoken of consistently. So Trinity in person doesn't relate to the Godhead, they're not in Scripture, but they are in harmony with Scripture. So we can understand the doctrine of Christ, respecting the being of God, as distinguished from God's many and Lord's many, meaning that one true God, not multiple gods, because there's this, the accusation against Christianity from one major religion and one sort of, you know, religion, cult, if you will, is that, oh, there's just one God, there's just one God, how come, you know, they're claiming we serve more than one God. No, one true God, multiple persons. But I will go deeper, right now I'm just touching the Scripture on it, just touching who we are, and then I will go deeper into that in the future. But where it comes about is Genesis 126. In the beginning, right? Then God said, let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. God didn't say we'll make them in mine, he said our image. And Jesus was there, if you read John 1, 1, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And so without creation, without him, nothing was made that has been made. So Jesus being the Word was there. Obviously he's eternal. He said, therefore, and we talked about going forth and making disciples, and with the Trinity, you have Father to Son, God to Father, God to Son, God to Holy Spirit, all subservient, Jesus obeying the Father, Holy Spirit obeying Jesus and the Father, and he said, and even Paul when he's writing the Corinthians, at the end of 2 Corinthians chapter 13, verse 14, he says, May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. So all three in one, though all are definitely God, but yet at the same time, three different persons, and that became about, we'll talk about the Athanasian Creed, and their functions, so the Athanasian Creed, this guy named Athanasius, he actually came about in 335 AD, and basically said, we have one spirit, but multiple characters, if you will, multiple persons. Not schizophrenic, God's not schizophrenic, he's not talking to himself, but he is, but he's not, no, three parts of him, that he's separated, each portion, that's the way I see it, is that he's all one, like he's one, and then Jesus, is the flesh of himself, and that portion, and then the Holy Spirit, is the spiritual, whatever side of it, so it's each, almost like to me, I may be wrong on this, but like, God would be like, we have a body, right, and then like our kidneys have a function, and our liver has a function, you know what I mean, like everything has a function, but all those parts are his functions, you know, like that's how he, we're just all his, little parts. Think about it this way also, and I was told, because it's relational, and I've heard the age argument, the age analogy, and it was good for the day, for those who understand, the egg shell, the egg yolk, the egg white, one egg, one egg, three different parts, all serving a different function, right, all different pieces, to one being, or water, ice, gas, liquid, three states of matter, like we watched a video earlier, with Billy Graham, you can't put God in a test tube, no you can't, you can't, but, in our finite understanding, you know, how do you imagine, how do you embrace, which is, it's physically impossible, unless God shows you, Father, Son, Holy Spirit, you can think, so we can feel, we know the presence of God, because we feel the presence of God, and God speaks to us through his word, and the Holy Spirit is, they're all three or three, throughout the word of God, because all scriptures, God breathes, the Holy Spirit breathes, it's all throughout, and if we don't have the Holy Spirit, you know, the Holy Spirit's our witness, that we belong to Jesus, so, it's like, he's our stamp, like, like your passport, yes, he's our passport, boom, it's like, yeah, it's like, where you been, you don't get stamped, every time you cross over somewhere, well, yeah, maybe you come through another trial, Holy Spirit was there, oh, maybe you're in a country of depression, Holy Spirit was there, okay, so, yeah, so, he's basically our passport, he's our down payment, if you will, earnest, the Bible speaks the word earnest, and he's basically, he's our, he's our guarantee, he's our down payment, proof of, proof of payment, if you will, Jesus, proof of citizenship, as well, proof of citizenship, proof of citizenship, yes, proof of, proof of adoption, and proof, yes, he's our proof, now, in the past, when I adopted children, you get this, certificate of adoption, and it said, they are treated, at the end, there's an order by the judge, these children, will be treated, as if they are natural born children, you aren't, they're not of my blood, now, legally, they are treated like they're my blood, right, so, do they have that seal too, like, they have the state seal, the state seal, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so,
