In this meditation, we explore the Divine Name Al Ghafoor. We first explore the concept of forgiveness and how we keep our wounds alive by building walls around them. We go inwards and guide a wounded part back into the world, by first befriending it. Once we realize how forgiveness acts on us, we become more open to giving it to others.
