In this meditation, we explore the Divine Name Al Barr. Al Barr is the goodness of Allah. He is the source of all goodness. We explore what goodness is and how it manifests in our life. We often see our circumstances with the knowledge of short term insight rather than long term insight. We engage in a guided imagery where we go in a cave and see how our information changes based on the mirror we use.
