Nothing to say, yet
Jesus asks his disciples to give up their possessions in order to be open to others and to love their neighbors. Renouncing our goods brings benefit to those in need and shows that we are not driven by greed. The simplest way to renounce is to give to God and offer our lives to Him, always ready to do His will. (216 characters) Be open to love. None of you can become my disciple if you do not give up all your possessions. He asks us to set aside our possessions also because He wants us to be open to others, to accept and love our neighbors as ourselves. Because renouncing our goods will, in fact, bring great benefit to our neighbors. There is no room in a disciple of Jesus for avarice and ignoring the needs of the poor. The simplest way to renounce is to give, to give to God by loving Him, by offering Him our lives so that He can use them as He wishes, always being ready to do His will.
