The speaker guides the listener to close their eyes and place their hands on their heart area. They are instructed to take deep breaths and imagine breathing into their heart space to relax. Then, the listener is asked to imagine walking down stairs while continuing to breathe. They are encouraged to visualize a golden light entering through the top of their head and moving through their body, releasing tension and discomfort. The light eventually stops in their heart center and surrounds them, creating a bubble of protection. Finally, the listener is told that when they open their eyes, they will feel good and ready to continue their day. So standing, sitting or lying down, I'd like you to close your eyes now and place your hands on your heart space area. Taking in a nice, slow, deep breath in through your nose and breathing out your nose. As you breathe in now, I want you to imagine that you can breathe into your heart space and breathe out. As you breathe in, I want you to imagine that breath going into your heart space, just calming and relaxing you and breathe out. Breathing in and out, I want you now to tip your chin down and imagine as though you are looking down a set of stairs. You're walking down the stairs, five, four, going deeper, three, two, going deeper, one. As you continue to breathe, please imagine a beautiful golden light coming down from above. A beautiful, loving, warm, safe light coming down from above and entering through the top of your head, slowly moving through your body. As it slowly moves through your body, it releases any tension, tightness, discomfort, any unwanted sensations, feelings, emotions. This magical golden light seems to know exactly where to go, even to places you didn't know you were holding tension. They just relax. And as the beautiful light slowly moves through your body, releasing, relaxing, you start to feel lighter, you start to feel good. You may even notice now your breathing has changed. Notice now you feel so calm and so relaxed as all that tension, tightness, discomfort dissolve from your body as if it released through your fingers, through your toes. You may even feel a tingly sensation as it leaves your body. And so, continuing to breathe, imagine now that the golden light coming down through the top of your head stops in your heart center and it flows out of your heart, surrounding you, protecting you in a beautiful bubble of golden light. So no matter what is happening around you, you always feel safe and protected. Now in a moment, I'm going to count to five. When I count five, you'll open your eyes, feeling good, ready to continue your day. So here we go, with a one, two, three, energy rising up, four, five, eyes open, feeling so good.
