This hypnosis session helps you connect with your higher guidance and inner wisdom. Close your eyes, relax, and let go of external tension. Your energy is called back to your body. Relaxation spreads through your body. You are open to inner calm and healing. Answer three questions in your mind to allow your mind to go into hypnosis. Relax your eyelids and let your mind relax your entire body. Imagine yourself at the beach and let the tide bring calm and release tension. Imagine different levels of hypnosis and lock in trigger words for each level. Connect with your higher guidance and access its perfect answers. Lock in trigger words for this connection. Program in integration and grounding before emerging from hypnosis. Counting from one to five, you will emerge feeling amazing. This hypnosis is created so you can feel the connection to your higher guidance and inner wisdom. You will go to the levels of peace, deep and high, where guidance is present. Close down your eyes, take a deep breath in and out, allow all that external tension to ease and melt away. Release any questions of am I doing this right? There is no right or wrong, there is only what you allow. If you want to go deep and allow yourself to go deep, then you will go there. Right now just call your energy back to you, call your energy back to you from all the times, people and places and feel it coming back to your body. Now take your awareness to your crown chakra, with each breath relaxing and calming yourself. Feel that relaxation melting down your forehead, your temples, your jaw, your throat, feel it melting down your shoulders, your arms and your fingers. Feel that relaxation melting into your heart space, down your solar plexus, down your stomach, down your hips, your legs to your feet, all the way to your toes. In this state you are open to possibility, to the possibility of inner calm and healing your mind, you won't be bothered by noises and they will actually allow you to go deeper. I'm going to ask you three questions that you can just answer in your mind. Are you ready to allow your mind to take you into hypnosis now? This is about allowing yourself to go there. Are you ready to let your mind take you as deep as it needs to go today? It wants you to go as deep as you want to go. And are you ready to let your super conscious mind do the work today? You've been using your conscious mind and it won't let you get what you need. You are now ready to access your super conscious mind and allow that to do the work for you. Now take your focus to your eyelids and allow the muscles in your eyelids to go completely loose, limp and relaxed. And when you know they are so limp, so loose, so relaxed, you can give them a little test by trying to open them. Now let the mind send the same quality of relaxation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. In a moment I'm going to count from ten to one and this will allow your mind to take you much deeper. Ten, nine, deeper down, eight, seven, six, five, your mind does it for you, deeper with each breath, four, three, two, all the way down now to one. I'd like you to imagine yourself at the beach, it can be real or imagined. I'd like you just to imagine that there is some sand at the edge of the water and the tide is gently coming in. Now I'd like you to write your name or a symbol in the sand at the edge of the water. As the tide comes in it brings calm and as it recedes it takes out tension. As it comes in beautiful calm and as it goes out feel all that tension leaving your body. More calm in, tension out, each breath just taking you deeper. As the tide comes in it slowly covers your name or symbol and with each breath you continue to go deeper and deeper. I'd like you to allow yourself to know that you're at level A now. We are going to level B and it doubles the state of hypnosis again. To get to level B it's as if your mind is there or you just have a sense or a knowing you're at B. You may even have a B pop into your mind. Let it happen, go all the way down to B, drifting down. Now you're going to go from level B to level C in the same way, just drifting down deeper. As you do that you're doubling your state of hypnosis. You may just have a sense or a knowing that you're there, your breath is letting you drift deeper down to C and when you're there you may just have a sense or a knowing that you're there or a C may pop into your mind. Now, super conscious mind, we are going to call this level peace, peace. So any time you want to experience this beautiful space all you need to do is think the word peace and your mind will instantly bring you here. Super conscious mind, please now allow the mind to go around the data bank of their subconscious and do it in the most appropriate and beneficial way. Now please create a good and comfortable place where they can park their conscious mind, a place that they really like to be, a safe place where the conscious mind can stay and rest. Super conscious mind, now please take... Super conscious mind, take them as deep as they need to go at this time and we're going to call this level deep, deep.
