The conversation was about a fundraising program involving Domino's gift cards for a school. The cards cost $20, with students selling them to earn a $10 profit per card. An online store was set up for sales, with prizes for student participation. The fundraiser runs for two weeks from September 9 to 23. Details were discussed for a kickoff call on September 8 at 8:30 a.m. There was a plan for follow-up calls and confirming sponsor details. The purpose of the fundraiser was to raise money for student incentives. Discussions also included potential summer programs for assistance. I'm sorry, this is what I get for you, I mean, it's very warm. No, you're fine. You're fine. But yes, I'm so sorry I missed your call earlier in the evening. I just wanted to talk to you about how the fundraiser is going to go and like everything that means for me. That's better. Okay, so is this a good time, by the way? It is, yes. Okay, perfect. So, are you familiar with the Domino's Gift Program at all? I've seen different, several different programs. We've lived a couple of different areas, so not really familiar with how the program is ran here. Okay, perfect. We've helped the school in the past, and basically what the Domino's gift card is, it's like a buy or get another one for free at Domino's, and the cost of the cards are $20. Okay. Now, the students will be selling them to their friends and family, and the more they sell, obviously, the more they're going to be able to profit. But the profit is going to be $10 for every card. Okay. Now, so we set up an online store for the students. We sent you all of the marketing materials, so you don't have to worry about doing any of that on your own. When we send you the marketing materials, they're going to be in binded packages by teacher and homeroom. Okay. Homeroom teacher and their name and everything will provide us. You and somebody still will provide us that link before we send out anything, so it can be super organized for you. So, students, they are going to sell the cards through their original. Oh, actually, no. For me, everything's digital, so you don't even have to worry about money. Okay. Perfect. So, everything will be super simple and sold online. Anything that is purchased online, we send directly to the customer. So, the only card that you will get back is the free card that the students win. So, for every 15 cards that the students sell, they'll get a free card for themselves. Okay. So, technically, that might be me. I won't say that. No, they didn't sell 15 of those. Okay. Our program is two weeks. The two weeks that me and Kalisha have already confirmed are for September 9 through the 23rd. During those two weeks, there will be some, like, videos. Like, some days, we'll do, like, five-minute videos, and then from there, we'll do, like, little reminder videos. Okay. And we also get free prizes. So, every student who participates will get a prize even if they just sell one card. However, they'll want to sell more because they have to make more money. So, that's how we do it. And let's see. What else? Students still receive a free card when they have at least five students participate in their classroom. Okay. So, I think that sums everything up. Like I mentioned, me and Kalisha had already a conversation with everything instead of basically everything. But now I know that we have, like, a team helping her out and helping her figure that out. So, the only thing that needs to be confirmed is the kickoff call. Now, we have said it was September 8th at 830, and technically, the fundraisers are September 9th. But if we need to change the time, because obviously, I want to respect your schedule, come in here. We can totally do that. Okay. So, it's just a call just to go over all the information you provided me and what we need to do. Is that really what the purpose of that call is going to be? That call is going to be 20-25 minutes, and I'm going to go over the materials. Okay. And we're also going to go over together the online form and all of the links. So, if you're asking any questions, you'll be familiar with everything and, you know, know how to do. Perfect. Sounds like a plan, though. So, September 8th, what time are you going to go back? The earlier, the better. I see you said 830. I would be okay with that. Okay. Actually, let me see. Is that what Kamika said was best for her, was the 830 appointment? So, she did. In fact, I don't know if she'll be on the call now that you're answering it or if she won't be. So, if you want to confirm that with her, because I haven't assumed anything, you're more than welcome to. And then my only other availability that day is at 8 a.m. So, I still have an 8 a.m. earlier than that, but that's basically it. And then probably later. Okay. Yeah, I would like the 8 a.m. I'm an earlier person, just to get it knocked out, just because I don't know what my client list is going to look like after that. Yeah. And so, yeah, if we can do 8 a.m. and have that call, and I'll just make sure that's blocked off for 8 September. Yeah. Yeah. So, I will tentatively block it off if you wanted to confirm. I will. And then I suppose we can get it once you send me an email. Okay. Perfect. Yes. And we can just block that off. Yeah. Let's see. So, let's deal with that. And then I will give you a follow-up call after the program is introduced to the school. So, this is like kind of when, like, you'll say, I'm home, you know, that they're not packing their backpacks and stickers. It's just a confirmation. Did everything get sent out? How did it go? So, this will take place on the 15th of June. When do you have, like, five minutes in the afternoon? I don't want to know those things. So, I'm usually done with clients by 4 o'clock. Okay. I don't know what your schedule looks like around 4.30, maybe. Yeah. Well, I won't see my son, though, until, like, 5. Okay. Is that too late? Kind of. I mean, honestly, like, I can call them and say, hey, did you get the information and kind of go from there, too, and just make sure. Yeah. Gotcha, yeah. Yeah, I mean, I think I can definitely call them around lunchtime or follow up with that. So, yeah. So, let's just do the 4.30 on the 9th and, yeah. And then I'm going to – so, I'm going to – okay. I'm going to think – yeah. I'm going to think SAMHSA is a second sponsor. I'm going to put you as a main sponsor. Okay. So, let me locate the phone. And then, Monica, what is your last name? Frey. F-r-a-y. F-r-a-y. You want me to put the same number? Correct. Okay. The number – is this the number? Sorry, the 701? Correct. 701? It is. Can I steal that number? You can. As far as the package, we were shipping it to the schools. Do you want to ship it to the schools? Yes, please. Okay. And then I will send you swapping information a lot more quickly, I believe. But one of the things to keep in mind is just when you do receive the package, open it up, double-check everything is correct in there, like, you know, the form. Things get busy around here. So, we want to get ahead of any mishaps. For sure. Yes. And when do you need those numbers by? When's the best time to get that? Or what's the earliest? Considering that when – I know a lot of my schools don't have it confirmed until, like, the first week of school. Correct. So, you know, a week is needed about – So, I would say, like, mid-August. Okay. You know, like, the second week of August. But I don't always circle back for these stuff anyway. So, you know, and then right now, I'm also going through all of the emails that have been sent. So, I would include the information about the fundraiser and also that in those lists. Okay. Perfect. Next, Chelsea. Next, Chelsea will have a spot for emails. Okay. So, if you have emails, you don't have to. Chelsea. Okay. Yeah, I don't think they'll probably want that done. But, you know, we'll see. We'll get buy-in and see how the teachers feel about that. Yeah, no worries. It's there. Okay. The other stuff is just the main stuff that we do, organizing stuff. Okay. And, yeah, I think that basically sums everything up. Do you have a kid that goes to this school now? I do. I have a sixth grader – or, actually, he's a seventh grader this year. He started last year, so we're right in the middle of it. And he's an athlete. So, just trying to, you know, create new traditions around the school and help as much as we can. That's awesome. And that does lead me to what we're raising money for. So, if you would like to add anything on there, so far we've just been raising money for student incentives. So, if you feel like, you know, y'all can add to this. It can still make a difference when, you know, people know exactly what they're raising money for. It's just student incentives. It's just a case. And, like, any of those things that you come up with with the new PTAs, if y'all want to edit these, that can always be edited. Because, again, like, it pulls out, like, some of our strengths a little bit. Absolutely. Yeah, we would definitely like to do that. I know for their middle school team last year, they won the regionals for basketball, which is really big. Oh, wow. And there's a lot of things happening at the school. So, I will get with the rest of the leadership team of the PTSA. And then I can circle back around. Or if there's a space for me to edit, is it the best way to send you what we'd like added on there? Or is there, like, a space we can update it? Yeah. Yeah. Just email me your needs. Okay. So, we are ready to run the course. And then, like, whatever you maybe want to put on there. Okay. Perfect. Yeah. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Well, thank you so much for your time, Monica. If you need anything, I'll be here. But, like, from here on, I'm able to help you with anything else you need. And then throughout the two weeks as well, I will be there sending you templates, signing you, and stuff like that. So, if anything comes up at all, just let me know. Okay? I will. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure meeting you. Yeah. Same. And then, quick question. Is there any type of course, like, summer course for now that we can help out? So, I know we have a program in the city, the Skills Center. I'm not really associated with, like, their leadership. But it's definitely something I can speak with the owner. And it's a nonprofit organization. Okay. Maybe that's something that they would, you know, do well with. But they're out for the summer right now because we just finished our nationals. So, it might be something I'll be able to talk to them until, I think, probably won't start until, like, mid-September, October. But once I talk to them, I can definitely pass your information along. Oh, yeah. 100%. Yeah, we work with all types of things. So, like, leagues, nonprofits, churches, schools. We have a program for everybody. So, that'll be amazing. Yeah. No problem. All right. You have a great day. Thanks. You, too. Bye.
