A young man was elected to head another committee and tried to approach the speaker. The speaker ponders why the man wanted to engage in a discussion about the arts. The speaker then mentions the importance of understanding why we live on Earth and the idea of taking on a position of responsibility. Many people do not enjoy living on Earth because they fear losing their strength or energy. People may view leadership as a cause or a problem to solve, but these individuals are often in the minority. I tell you one story. Last two months, I met a young man who was just elected on May 7th at the head of department of another committee and I was aware of him. Just last two months, the man was trying to float in to talk with us. That's the way to talk to people. So I had some thoughts in my mind. Why did this man even float here? This belongs to a life of art. So, take me to the past. Now that will get me to the next thing I will teach you. Why do you live on earth? And from there, I will also teach you one thing I will say. Just listen to one thing and you will run away from death. Just listen to what I am saying. Check again whether you can read it or not. Because we don't have this whole story of the show on you. I will jump in because of time. Let me look up. Before you say yes, you have to take a position of responsibility. See why people most of the time don't enjoy living on earth. They think they are strong. They enjoy that they are represented as strong. But they don't want to live because if they go from over energy, if they go there and if they are all strong, all of them will leave. So you are going into the position of responsibility. You want to represent as strong. Some people want to represent as this is a power or energy because they think it as employment. Some people think that it as business. Some people think that it as using of energy. Some people think that it as living a career. Some people think that it as... Some people think that it as position as being relevant. First of all, you must understand that leadership is a cause. If you have the cause to live on earth and you are not living, you will not be happy. You will live on earth and you will feel like somebody on God's earth. Leadership is a cause. So many people go into a leadership position. Leadership is a cause. It is a source. It is a part of their life that they need to... Some people take on leadership position because that is a problem to correct. That is a problem to solve. And oftentimes this population of people are very few.
