In terms of implementing strategies, many things are mixed up. One of the things that must be said is changing the strategy of organization. Without having a strategy of organization, it fails. I have mentioned it to the government, the family, the shareholders, the employees, the customers, the investors. They are not liars. All of them were carried out once in a different palace. All of them were engaged. Otherwise, they bring down the effort and investment in the service. Having the right manpower for strategy to work must be on ground. In other words, it may also fall short. Talking from manpower and teaching from manpower. It may also fall short. Setting up a particular relationship and making it work in a particular way also. It might also fall short in giving field mindsets, giving field leadership to help the way that is needed to work. It may also fall short in projects and strategies. Have what makes it work. Also have what makes it do certain things. So, our topic is how we look at how we can make things work. I think the act of making stakeholders effective, effective, I always like what I say, during the implementation of strategic plans is very critical for the success of those plans. By following these few plans, steps, we can be sure, we can be less unsure that stakeholders are not already engaged but they become active on different acts.
