Nothing to say, yet
In this guided meditation, the speaker instructs listeners to close their eyes and imagine themselves on a beach. The warm sunlight helps to remove negativity and resistance. Dolphins playing in the distance symbolize a playful and welcoming life. The speaker encourages deep breaths for reassurance and to let go of anything holding them back. They affirm that life is safe and that listeners belong. They remind listeners that they are perfect and accepted as they are. It is safe to be their authentic selves. In a comfortable seated position or lying down, gently close your eyes and turn on your senses. Becoming aware of how the warm sunlight melts away any negativity, any resistance to feeling good. Now imagine you're on a gentle beach on a warm late spring day. You notice dolphins playing in the distance. These dolphins are a great indicator that life is playful, inviting, welcoming, and you belong at the center of all of it. Breathe in a long breath of safety and reassurance. Breathe out anything that is holding you back. Again, breathe in warm gentle safety and reassurance and breathe out anything that is not serving you. I'm here to tell you that life is safe, that you belong. There is nothing wrong with you and there never has been. You are now seeing yourself from the point of view of the Most High. You are perfect, whole, complete, and welcomed. It is safe to be you, your authentic self.
