The speaker talks about the importance of maintaining a positive mindset and high energy throughout the day. They suggest having a walk-up song or playing a favorite song to boost energy before heading out for appointments or showings. They believe that positive self-talk and listening to the walk-up song can put you in the right mindset to succeed. Welcome to a marvelous Marcy Monday. Just kidding. But, hey, today is... Last one to pass. Right? I know. Marvelous Marcy Mondays. Maybe we'll bring those back, too. Day 8. Hey, today, it's a great day. Normally, we say it's a great day to get a listing, and I still think that that's always absolutely true. Every day is a great day to get a listing. Every day absolutely is. But what do you do when you wake up, and you're just in that... You got that little scowl on your face, or you step out of bed, and, you know, you find a little present your cat left from you the night before, or your kid is upset, and you have to try to help them out, or... You know, your day's just not going your way. Like, what do you do to regroup that mindset and refresh? There are just so many things that can derail us in the mindset that we have to be in. And as you know, we perform our best when we're in high positive energy. Yes. So it's imperative that when we leave our door, leave the office, or head out on that listing appointment, or head out on that showing, that we leave in high positive energy. So how do you do that? Yeah. And we've talked about it before, and we've talked about walk-up songs. Have that jam in your car. Play that song before you walk out the door. Absolutely. I think we had a great meeting on this, and I believe it was Daryl Johnson ended up playing Russ's bad-to-the-bone walk-up song as the meeting ended, and it just put a smile on Russ's face, and I think it put a smile on probably 95% of the agents that were down in the lower-level spaces, because it literally does change your energy, and we perform best when you're in that high positive and you're feeling good. It goes along with self-positive talk to yourself, and I think listening to your walk-up song just gets your mind right, puts you in the mindset of, I'm in it to win it. Good. Good. Good. Good. Yes.
