In this broadcast, Jenita Manipallavan discusses the steps involved in designing and running a research project. The first step is the introduction, where the aim of the project and what will be achieved are stated. The second step is the literature review, which involves evaluating and reviewing existing knowledge on the research topic. The third step is the methodology, where a research method is selected and data is collected. This can include qualitative, quantitative, or mixed research. The fourth step is the discussion, where the findings are analyzed in detail using primary and secondary data. The final step is the conclusion, where the research aims are presented and the wider significance of the project is discussed. Jenita references a book called "Salesforce Management Leadership Innovation Technology" by Johnston and Marshall, as well as a journal article about Unilever's marketing strategy and sustainable plan. Good afternoon, I am Jenita Manipallavan. I am going to do a broadcast about designing and running a research project. When we are doing this research project, these are the steps we have to follow. Number one is introduction, which means the aim of the project and what we are going to achieve. A research project is an extended essay that presents a question or statement for analysis and evaluation. During a research project, we will present our own ideas and research on a subject alongside analyzing exciting knowledge. Number two is literature review, which is evaluating and reviewing the knowledge about our research project. When we have to do the literature review, a description of the publication, a summary of the main points, an evaluation of the contribution to the area of study, potential, and the project research. Number three is methodology, which is select a method, plan, and collect the data. The method we can use our primary research. In this section, there are three types of research we are using. The number one is qualitative, number two quantitative, number three mixed. The quantitative is interviews, focus groups, case studies, and questionnaire. This is generally the non-numerical. Qualitative is the data collected, will focus on statistics and numerical patterns. The third one is mixed. This includes both the quantitative and qualitative research. Number four is discussion. We will talk about our findings in detail. These are the findings and results, which is we are going to use the primary and secondary data for our research. And the last, the conclusion. In this section, we are not only presenting our research aims and how achieved, but also discussing the wider significance of our research project. The conclusion, we are going to write the project report and communicate the results. This is my report and my reference. Johnston, M.W. and Marshall, GW 2020, Salesforce Management Leadership Innovation Technology. And I use Google as well. And this is the number. The RISA-MH 2020 Marketing Strategy and Sustainable Plan of Unilever International Journalists, Scientific Research and Engineering Developers. Thank you for listening to my podcast. Thank you.
