Dependence

America has a problem. A drug problem. We are the black sheep of the industrialized world, spending an excess of $145 billion a year on illicit drugs, but the U.S. government has spent over $1 trillion fighting an endless "War on Drugs." With this deficit in spending and Americans' insatiable appetites for uppers, downers, and everything sideways, it's natural to wonder where to go from here.
