Dependence

America has a problem. A drug problem. We are the black sheep of the industrialized world, spending an excess of $145 billion a year on illicit drugs, but the U.S. government has spent over $1 trillion fighting an endless "War on Drugs." With this deficit in spending and Americans' insatiable appetites, it's natural to wonder where to go from here?
