Nothing to say, yet
The speaker talks about how dreams are often met with discouragement, even from close friends and family. They emphasize the importance of not giving up and continuing to pursue one's passion, even in the face of doubts and attacks. They also mention that the journey towards fulfilling dreams can be difficult, but it's better to take small steps and make slow progress than to become stagnant. The speaker encourages the listener to hold onto their dreams, keep fighting, and trust in God's timing. The journey of a thousand miles begins with just one step. Just one step. It all started with dreams. And dreams will be confronted by discouragement. Every dreamer has been faced with a certain level of discouragement and this discouragement might come from your closest friend. You know, when we have a dream, the excitement and the closest people that we would love to share that passion with and that dream with are our friends, our family members and what have you. But the reality is that most of the time when you share these dreams with this group of people, you are met with discouragement, you are met with attacks, you are met with abuse, you are met with some kind of doubts that make you feel like you are a waste of time. As a matter of fact, you are actually wasting your time. But if you don't give up and you keep pressing forward and you keep moving and you allow the passion that you have developed in the place of the generation of the vision to continue to drive you. That is why it is impossible for you to copy somebody's vision and be able to run it properly. It's impossible. So, you need to be able to travel in a place of the development of the vision. The traveling may be in a place of prayer. The traveling may be in a place of sad moments most of the time. I think most of the best songs I wrote in the past were songs written in my saddest moment. You know, so sadness sometimes can propel you into the realm of dreams. So you are sad, you just had a heartbreak, you just had a major disappointment, maybe a business disappointment or what have you and you are down in your spirit, you go to your closet, you are meditating upon your recent disappointment and then the Lord just dropped an idea in your heart and this idea becomes like fire in your bone. It becomes a vision. An idea becomes a vision and then this vision becomes a dream. You find yourself being tempted to want to implement these dreams and this vision immediately but the road to the fulfillment of visions and dreams is usually very, very rough to travel on. So, if you take baby steps, if you take little steps, don't give up on the dreams, don't give up on the vision, just continue with the baby step. Slow progress is better than stagnation. Hold on to your dream and keep fighting until God bring you to pass. God bless you. Stay encouraged. I love you.
