That's it. And I want you now to focus on the tiny muscles behind your eyes and I want you now to relax those muscles completely. That's it. Focus now on those tiny muscles and relax those muscles now completely, just get a sense of that happening. And every word I say now relaxes those muscles more and more. Just imagine that's happening now and there's nothing that you can do about that. Allow that hypnosis, now your hypnosis to go deeper and deeper. That's it. And I want you now for a moment to think about the people who you love and the people who love you. Just get a sense of that now. Feel into that feeling now of love. And when you think about those people now and you think about that love and you feel into that feeling now of love, your eyes now have relaxed so completely, so completely now that they just won't work for a while. And when you notice now that your eyes have relaxed so completely, that they just won't work for a while, your eyes have relaxed so completely that they just won't work for a while. You can test them now and see that they're locked tight. That's it. And nothing bothers you, nothing affects you and nothing disturbs you. Nothing matters now, only the sound of my voice and that feeling now, calm, that feeling of relaxation and that hypnosis. That's it. And I'm going to say the word relax. And when you hear me say that word relax and every time that you hear me say that word relax, that relaxation will flow down through your eyes, flow down through your body like a bliss anesthesia. Every cell, every muscle, every fibre will relax. So no matter how relaxed the mind and the body becomes, that chair or that bed will support you. And relax, that's it, just feel into that feeling now, flowing down through your eyes, flooding down through your body like a bliss anesthesia. Every cell, every muscle, every fibre now relax deeper. And deeper, just imagine that's happening now, all by itself. Less and less aware of yourself now as a physical being, totally aware of yourself now as a mind. That's it, as you just drift now without boundaries, without borders, without limits. Just drifting now deeper and deeper. Deeper now than ever before, to a place now of total calmness and total relaxation. More and more effortlessly, more and more completely and deeply now than ever before. That's it, or even now the effort it takes, that it might take, to notice now the exact position of the arms or the legs or the entire body now, just seems to drift through space and time. That wonderful free-floating feeling now of effortless relaxation. Just allowing yourself now to let go. That's it, allowing events now to occur in their own time, in their own way now as you drift as a mind. As you have a conscious mind and you have an unconscious mind, and that unconscious mind now the back of the mind, that intuitive mind, that monitors your heartbeat, your blood pressure, your body temperature, scanning your environment now, keeping you safe. Can continue now to hear and to understand the things that I might say now, without you having to do anything at all. You can just let go now. And your unconscious mind now can allow that drifting to occur. That's it, just letting go, drifting through space and time, deeper and deeper. That's it, just letting go, drifting through space and time, deeper and deeper. That's it, just letting go, drifting through space and time, deeper and deeper. That's it, just letting go, drifting through space and time, deeper and deeper. That's it, just letting go, drifting through space and time, deeper and deeper. That's it, just letting go, drifting through space and time, deeper and deeper. And I want you now to allow yourself to have the experience now, of drifting up over your body. I want you now to allow yourself to have that experience now, that you're drifting up to the top of your head. That's it, just allowing yourself now, drift up to the ceiling. And I want you now for a moment to look back at your body. And I want you now to show yourself some appreciation. How incredible are you? How incredible is your body? Maybe it's been through some things, and maybe it hasn't. But it's kept you alive right up until now. But it's kept you alive right up until now. How incredible are you? And just show some appreciation. And just allow yourself then, drift up to the ceiling, through the roof, out to the sky, as you drift now hundreds, thousands of miles now. Drifting up to the clouds, that's it. Further and further. Begin now to notice, the blues of the seas, the greens of the forests, the whites of the tips of the mountains, as you drift now, higher and higher. That's it. Almost now, like a child's echo, a helium balloon, just allow yourself to drift higher, and higher. Sometimes we're aware of trance, sometimes trance is different in our awareness. You can just accept now, without even noticing. You might notice, just that drifting, higher, and higher, that's it. Just drifting, just floating, allowing yourself now. That's it. And I want you now, to look down, way, way, way down, beneath you. And I want you now, to see a natural target. I want you to see the color bend. I want you now, to see the bulls that are right in the middle. And I don't know, whether it's going to be a vortex of light, or whether it's going to be into the center, of that bullseye. But I want you now, to notice, that every belief, anything that's been put on you, put on yourself, and all those negative images, negative feelings, negative sensations, or emotions now, that you've been holding on to, for the past few days, the past few weeks, the past few months, the past few years, all the way back now, to that little girl or boy, is right in the center of this vortex. Right in that center. And I want you now, to see them all, all these earthly ties, all the things now, that have been competing for your attention. Just see them all, they're right in the center of this. And maybe they're swishing around, swirling around. Maybe they're in front of the mind, and maybe they're not. Just see them now. Like this. And in a moment, you're going to be shot through that vortex, in that center, like an arrow. You're going to be shot through that center, that vortex of light, like an arrow, out to the other side, to the side now, of open calmness, inner awareness, complete bliss. Completely free now, of all these limiting beliefs. And when I click my fingers, you're going to be shot through, like an arrow, straight through that center, out to the other side. To a place of complete bliss. Open calmness, inner awareness. And I want you to be brave about this, because you're going to feel those emotions, and all those emotional pains, for a split second. And then you'll be completely free. Completely free now, floating in a space of complete bliss, open awareness. So feel into that feeling now, and get ready. Because when I click my fingers, you're going to be shot through, like an arrow, straight to the other side. Get ready. That's it. Going right outside now, go into that space of complete bliss. Open calmness, inner awareness, that's it. As you just drift as a mind. Allowing those events to occur in their own time, as their own way. You drift here now, completely free. And just breathe into that now. Into that space now, of calm now. We'll bring you on that journey. That's right. And I'd like you to simply imagine right now, that you're standing at the top of a staircase. It's not an ordinary staircase, this is a staircase of relaxation. And the clue is in the name. I'm going to count from ten to eleven, I'm going to count from ten back to zero. With each number that I count, I want you to imagine that you're drifting down that stairs one step at a time. With each number that I count, imagine you're taking a step down the stairs. With each step that you take, feel yourself relaxing, going deeper and deeper, at every step now. From ten, nine, eight, just drifting, effort, sleep, sleep deeper and deeper. You don't have to do anything now, because you're unconscious already. It's hearing all of these words and processing them for you at a much deeper level. Seven leads to six and five, four, going deeper, three, all negative emotions, two, live the life you wish to live. Then you find that you have won. That's right. You are a winner. And zero brings you all the way down deeper, all the way down deeper. Where I'd like you to imagine at the bottom of that staircase of relaxation, you find yourself in a corridor. This is the corridor of deep transformation. Corridor corridor of deep transformation. And this corridor will lead you to the new chapter in your life. It leads you to this new chapter in your life where you are living every day as a healthy person. Where you're enjoying living every day as a healthy person. Now along the corridor, imagine that you can see, there are like TV screens. Some of them are on some people's corridors. It might be on both sides. Maybe your corridor might be on just one side. But these TV screens are showing you your future. They're showing you in this future living your life as a healthy person. Now I want you to notice things about you. Notice there's a generous smile on your face. There's a smile on your eyes. It's in your body all the time. You look happy, contented and composed. You're sticking to your recommended calories. You're walking each day. You're getting more and more energy. You're feeling good. Just take this time now to see yourself living in this wonderful way. And you might not realise it now but soon you'll see how easy it is to live in this way. And as you imagine yourself succeeding, notice how good it feels to know that you're on the right path. Feel the warmth of this moment. As you begin to wonder what's coming next for you. As you begin to see this future now that you are creating in these moments. By taking this time out to go inside, relax deeply and create your future. And as I talk and continue to talk and you continue to drift deeper, you might start to notice how easy it is for your whole body and mind to go with this programme effortlessly. You might begin to notice how easy it can be for you to live your life as a healthy person. And when you think about what this could mean for you, you may find yourself getting even more excited about what you can achieve. Now, in order for this transition to become a really easy and effortless one for you, I would like your unconscious now to do a very important job. We spoke earlier about how to we spoke earlier about emotions being linked to food and I would like your unconscious to understand right now that pattern of linking emotions to food, that pattern of using foods to affect emotions is no longer useful or helpful in any way in your life. It is not constructive in your life, in fact it's destructive. It hurts you, it prevents you from getting where you wish to be. It is time now to let that go. That pattern is not relevant to you anymore. It's historical, it's from the past. It's got nothing to do with who you are now or who you wish to be. So I'd like your unconscious now to help me to help you to simply let it go. I would like you to imagine drifting deep in your mind, deep in your unconscious now. Going in with the sole purpose of breaking and deleting every link and association between food and emotions in your life. Now, there's nothing you have to do consciously that this is happening now. I would like you to raise your right arm out in front of you. A little bit like if you were to wave at someone out there in the distance. And as you raise that arm just leave it there. And I would like now your unconscious and your unconscious only to lower that arm for you only at the same rate and speed that it breaks every link and association between food and emotions in your mind, in your life, in your entire existence. Now, I don't want you to help the hand nor do I want you to hinder it. You're going to notice that arm out there, it takes on a life of itself out there. And it will lower itself slowly and gradually as you are now breaking the links and associations between food and emotions. This is now happening on a deeper level. That's the deep level of your unconscious learning now. And you know this. Somewhere inside you're breaking all links and associations between food and emotions in your body, in your mind, in your life. And this is good. I mean this is good, this is really good. So you can feel good as this is happening now. Feel good as this is happening. And there's nothing you need to be trying to do at a conscious level, nothing at all. That's right. Because your unconscious now is taking care of this for you. And is doing this for you. And you can feel good about this. It's just like when you pull the plug on the bath. The water drains out all by itself. There is nothing the bath needs to do. And there is nothing you need to do right now to let those unwanted links between food and emotions to drain out of your body, out of your mind, out of your life. Which means comfort eating and emotional eating is draining out of your body, out of your mind, out of your life right now. For good. And because you're doing such a wonderful job of this now, I would like your unconscious to go a step further and to throw a whole blanket of amnesia over everything to do with emotional or comfort based eating. That means your unconscious now can forget when to do it, how to do it, where to do it. It can remember to forget everything to do with it. It can even remember to forget. It can even forget to remember. Because you know that forgetting is a normal part of the human experience. You could forget a name that someone just told you. You could forget a number that you once knew or details about things that were there before and are gone now. Perhaps you've gone to your bedroom at times to go and get something. You know exactly what you're going in there for, but as soon as you go through that door, it's like it's gone, vanished, disappeared. Or something on the tip of your tongue, you know you're about to say it and then vanish, gone, disappeared. So your unconscious now can forget all about comfort based eating. It can forget the triggers, the memories, everything associated to it, gone, vanished and disappeared. So that you are now free from that old pattern. You're free from that old habit in whatever way it showed up in your life. You're free of it now. You're free of it now. So you can feel good about this now. And trust, really trust your unconscious. There's nothing else you need to do now. Simply sit back, relax and trust your unconscious now. Sit back, relax and trust your unconscious now, that most powerful part of who you are. Because I would like you to imagine now that this has happened. You're approaching the end of the corridor. You're approaching a new chapter in your life. Imagine you can see just down there, not far from you, there are double doors and these doors are opening up. Written above those doors is the word freedom in big, big writing. I would like you to contemplate that word freedom. Feel its meaning. Really get the sense of it inside now. That's right. As you're getting closer and closer to those doors, imagine you're walking through like you're the king or the queen. Imagine you're walking through with real confidence. Feel it in your body right now. I don't know where exactly in your body you can feel that confidence growing right now. I don't even know how you might recognize confidence growing in your body now. Now get that sense of that confidence growing, your head held high, your shoulders back. You feel on top of the world. You feel amazing. You are marching through those doors now into this new chapter in your life. Marching into freedom. From this point forward you're free of all old negative emotions and totally and completely free of comfort or emotional based eating because that's in the past. You've left that in the past and you get to move forward now into this new chapter in your life. Those old problems can be forgotten. Left in the past. They're gone. They're done with. You are moving into this new chapter in your life. Feel that. Now I want you to know that all of the suggestions that you've heard here this evening have already been locked deep in your unconscious because of the way they've been delivered to you. So you don't even have to try to recall them. I'm going to count from 1 up to 5 very shortly and when I get to 5 those eyes open. Remember those eyes open onto a new chapter in your life. A new chapter where you're living each and every day as a healthy person. Before I do the count I want you to take a look at yourself out there. At that point in time, that date at which you're at the size, weight and shape you wish to be. Make it real now inside. Really see it in full vibrant colour. Hear what you hear. Feel what you feel. Step into that body for a moment. Try it on for size. Because you can visualise it, you can actualise it and you can become it. Now moving back into your own body for now. Remembering your commitment to yourself to getting into that body at that point in time in the future. Lock in your commitment in whatever way is easiest for you to lock in that commitment. Feel yourself locking it in. This is the start of a new chapter now. When I get to five, those eyes open. You may feel so good that you let out a little giggle. You may feel so good that you have a big smile on your face. This is the start of that new chapter. Feel amazing. Coming all the way back on my count of one, two, three, four, five, alive, eyes open everybody and feeling wonderful all over.
