Lawrence L. Lynch

Emma Murdock Van Deventer was a notable author who wrote under the pseudonym of Lawrence L. Lynch. Her literary works were published in both the United States and Britain from 1870-1912. Emma was born in Oswego, Illinois in 1853, and later married Dr. A.E. Van Deventer in 1887. Sadly, she passed away from a stroke in 1914.
