Three suspects are involved in the murder of Mr. S, who was owed a large debt by two of them. They planned the murder and lured Mr. S to a business owned by one of the suspects. Mr. S was killed in a physical altercation with the third suspect. The case is still ongoing, but possible punishments include life in prison or the death penalty. The suspects face charges of murder for hire conspiracy, murder, kidnapping conspiracy, and obstruction of justice. Evidence includes surveillance footage and phone records. The involvement of an 18-year-old is particularly shocking. The suspects were caught on camera buying a waste cart, which suggests they disposed of the body. The verdict is pending. The case is sad and raises questions about how the suspects accumulated such a large debt. The involvement of an 18-year-old is disturbing, and the podcast hosts believe all three suspects should face severe punishment. Hello everyone, welcome to the Inside Out Oreo Podcast, it's Kyle speaking with his peers, Nick, and Weston, and today we will be discussing the murder of Sir N. T. Taut, aka Mr. S. The background on this case is that three suspects were involved in the murder of Mr. S. Those being named, Avin C. Trum, Chris Singh, aka Smalls, and Gavin Hunter. Mr. Singh and Mr. C. Trum had owed well over $315,000 in debt to Mr. S. as they all worked together in a fireworks business. They would then plan an entire situation where C. Taut would go to a business that Mr. Singh had owned, an A.C. company. Mr. C. Trum had sent a picture of a key in that business where C. Taut could collect his debts. When he would reach, he would then get into a physical altercation with Mr. Hunter, and this is where he would be killed. This is still an ongoing case, but this is what the police and FBI have come up with so far. I'm just confused. What's Avin's and Chris' involvement in this case? Like, how did they all get together like that? Um, well, from what I know, is that Chris had a debt of $10,000 to pay to Avin, so his involvement, I guess, would cut the debt that was owed since they already owed $315,000. $10,000 was just an add-on to it. Oh, so was him paying for the, uh, for Hunter, like, part of the debt repayment? The $5,000? Um, no, I just think that was Gavin's involvement. Like, here you go, here's $5,000 for killing, for killing someone. I can't believe that Gavin was 18, right out of high school, and automatically just went to go on to end someone's life. He could have, like, a whole life ahead of him, cause, or something like that, but then he decided to take $5,000 to kill someone. That's crazy. I wouldn't even do that for $5,000. I don't even think so. No price. No price. I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't do that. No price would make me want to do that. Um, yeah, not even how much I hate someone, I would. It even says here on the indictment that he was kidnapped for about a month. Yeah, so he was kidnapped, I believe, uh, at the beginning. Yeah, Mr. S was kidnapped at the beginning or end. He was supposed to go to Trinidad, back home where he, where he was born and all that. Um, he never did, and he's the type of person to always be texting, calling, whatever, so it's weird if someone doesn't write, like, that's like if one of us, how we always call and text and stuff, if one of us doesn't call for, like, a week, we know something's up, right? We're always asking, what's wrong? But yeah, um, the main things we got from this, obviously there's no verdict yet cause the case is still ongoing, but we know that the possible quote unquote punishments for this, the verdicts could be prison for life, um, or the death penalty, and, uh, what do you want to say? You want to say the charges? Charges, uh, the charges would be murder for a higher conspiracy, murder, kidnapping conspiracy, and obstruction of justice. Yeah, um, all this stuff on the indictment was decided by a grand jury, and, I mean, like, yeah, that's just sad. This all happened later last year, right? November 2020? This all happened, yeah, so it's still ongoing, obviously, cause this is a big thing, right? Very recent, yep. Um, but yeah, like, so, to relapse, um, they sent a picture of a key. In a warehouse. Uh, Mr. Seatramp did, to Mr. S, and, um, Mr. S went to go to collect the key cause it was to a locker, I believe, that had all the money in it. Or claims to have all the money, right? That claims, um. And that's where he encountered Hunter. Dabbed Hunter. Yes, and I believe they got into a physical altercation, as the indictment said. Um, and I guess, um, I guess so. Yeah, during that, um. One thing I learned too, also, on the background of it, was, um, that they were caught on Sun Pass, you know on, like, the Sun Pass, how it takes a picture of your car? Yeah. Their car, um, the same day, planned, who was it at the scene? At the A.C. unit? Um, Chris. It was Chris. Yeah. Uh, since it was his business, or whatever. He had delivered food, I guess, to whoever was there, probably Gavin. Um, and yeah, I mean, that's just that. From what I remember from the court case, he was, uh, he went missing on November 2nd, right? Yeah, November 9th, he was supposed to go meet his mom in Trinidad. Yeah, um, and then his body was then recovered the 21st, I believe, uh, in the Everglades. Um, I'm not sure who recovered it. I believe it was the police. Oh yeah. Or FBI. But man, the Everglades? Yeah, I don't know how they could find it in the Everglades. Seven days before he went to go meet his mom, he got murdered in a warehouse by a random 18 year old. Alright guys, so what's like the cherry on top? Like, how do we know these are our three suspects, even though the case is still ongoing? What's our evidence? Well, wasn't Kristen Abbott caught buying like a waste cart at Home Depot? That's true. Why would you need a waste cart? Yeah. You can't really carry a body just by yourself. I feel like you'd need the help of some sort of cart. Yeah, but where would they be taking, how would they get the waste cart, like, in the Everglades? Like, how do we know they were at the Everglades? But yeah, like the waste cart, whatever, yada yada yada, they went and bought a waste cart. Anyone could buy a waste cart, but how do we know they took a waste cart to go to the Everglades and dumped it? How do we not know it was someone else that went to the Everglades and dumped his body? Oh, I'm pretty sure like the Stone Pass booties would catch Abbott and Chris driving to the Everglades. So like their car was there? Yeah, so it'd be like pretty suspicious because, I mean, they'd be like the only people driving at the time when the body was found. And I know we said Chris was at the scene delivering food the day Mr. S was kidnapped, but, like, how do we know Sirrin was there at the time? I think to, like, include his involvement was that, you know, Mr. S's phone was last pinged also at the AC warehouse, and there was text between both of them involving, like, the key and the debt repayment. Alright, and I mean, yeah, that sums up the case, right? So we'll see what just happens with the official verdict when court comes up. So far we just know these guys have lied to the police as the indictment shows us. So what's your guys, like, honest opinion on this case? So I think, honestly, that an 18-year-old should not be involved in something so serious as life or death of another person, and I feel like something so petty such as debt repayment just shouldn't be resolved in such a way, in such a petty way, and him getting tortured like that, where he's getting kidnapped and beaten before his time of death, is just so petty. What about the other two? You just mentioned Mr. Hunter, you didn't mention the other two guys. What do you think about that? I think the other two guys' involvement is just, it's kind of sad to think about how, I really think to myself on how they got involved with $315,000 worth of debt that, you know, it makes me think, like, what they really did and what their business was where they're getting almost a third of a million dollars in debt with someone else. That's true. I feel like Chris and Avan would be worse though, because they were the ones that came up with the plan to kidnap them. That's true. I mean, because Gavin was the one to, like, to kill him, but, I mean, he was hired. He's still that bad, but I feel like they were worse. And it confuses me how Chris also got in debt with Avan as well, and $10,000, and yet they still work together while also being somewhat enemies. I agree with you there. I think they all should get the death penalty at this point. Maybe Gavin, like, somehow seeks prison for life, but I think the two guys should definitely get it. But, yeah. So, thank you for joining us. I'm Kyle. I'm Nick. I'm Weston. And we are signing out.
