The fifteen Hotel Costes compilations are an integral part of its identity and signature on the lounge music scene. Shortly after opening his 5-star hotel, Jean-Louis Costes decided to create a special musical ambiance, and asked Stéphane Pompougnac, a former waiter at Café Costes (a legendary venue in Paris in the 1980s), to come and mix as resident DJ.
