8 Azután eljárt a zsinagógába, ahol három hónapon át bátran szólt, vitázott, és igyekezett meggyőzni őket az Isten országának dolgairól. 9 Amikor pedig egyesek ellenálltak és nem hittek, sőt gyalázták az Úr útját az egész nép előtt, otthagyta őket, a tanítványokat is távol tartotta tőlük, és mindennap egy Tirannosz nevű ember iskolájában tanított. 10 Ez két éven át tartott, úgyhogy mindazok, akik Ázsiában laktak, meghallották az Úr igéjét, mind a zsidók, mind a görögök.
