The importance of making a decision and being aware of one's desires is emphasized. Overall, the transcription encourages self-improvement and taking control of one's life. Here is a short and definitive guide on how to reprogram yourself. So, what is a program? A program is a thought that keeps playing in your mind. Think about a TV program, you know, you turn on the TV, you have your remote controller, and then you just watch the TV, you just switch programs, and that's basically it. So, your mind is a big program. You keep replaying programs in your mind, but you want to have the right programs to help you achieve your goals. So, how do you reprogram yourself? First off, you have to really be aware that you are programmed falsely or wrongly. You are taught by people who are trying to keep you weak and emotional and down, who can profit off of you. That means your school, your government, the country, everything. So, what you have to do is, first off, you have to write down on a sheet of paper or even your phone your goals and your desires. You also have to make yourself a vision board. You write down the most important goals first, and then the least important ones later. Then, every single day what you should do is, you record yourself talking every single day, and you listen to what you said. The recording can be one to two minutes long. It doesn't have to be too long, but the point is that you have to self-reflect. You have to get to know yourself better. You have to relearn everything. You know, you have to unlearn first everything, and then you have to relearn everything. You have to remove every limiting belief that you have. That does not mean that you have to commit crimes or that you have to hurt or drain somebody. No, that means that you have to get rid of every negative limiting belief that you had about yourself, that you cannot achieve a goal that you have had. So just record yourself saying your goals out loud, but nobody has to hear it. Nobody even has to know that you are saying these things. Be exact and definite about your goals, and even if it takes you a whole day or a whole week, you have to brainstorm every single day to decide what you want, because that's like the hardest part. If you don't know what you want, then how do you want to achieve it? You will just randomly think that something will randomly happen to you by accident, or maybe you will achieve something. But if you don't even know what you want, then how can you achieve it? You have to define it. You have to write it down in numbers. You have to be very precise about what you want. So write it down on a piece of paper, or you can even use your notes app, but nobody has to know about it, only you. Write it down for yourself and read it out loud every single day. Read it only for yourself. Nobody has to know about it. And think about it like affirmations, like just feel it in your veins, in your body, in your blood, that you are the person that you are reading. Because if you just read like a robot, like, I am amazing, maybe I am cool, I don't know, then it's not going to work. You have to feel it, and if you can't feel it, then you have to recharge yourself. So how do you recharge yourself? You have to meditate. So first you meditate for like, in the beginning, just try for five minutes, you know, and how to meditate is, there are different ways to meditate, anyway, back to the point. So you read it out loud for yourself in a private space. It's very uncomfortable to talk to yourself in the beginning. It's like, oh, am I insane, am I talking to myself, is it weird? And trust me, I have been there, because for all these years, I have been thinking, it's so weird to talk to myself, like, why am I even doing this? But no, guys, you have to hypnotize and reprogram, recondition your limiting beliefs to realize that you can achieve anything. And honestly, when I talk to other people, and I heard myself talk, it's like my belief system changed, you know, because you recondition and reprogram yourself by talking out loud, and your ears hear your own mouth talk, so it's really important. And also, you also practice your speech, because it's really important when you talk to somebody, and you want to influence somebody, you want to make a good impression on somebody, the way you talk, the tonality you use, the word usage you use, everything, people notice everything, trust me, guys, you have to master it, and how do you master something? You master something by practicing it and being persistent. You solve problems every single day, you become 1% better every single day, you become the master of your faith. So, don't be afraid to talk to yourself, don't be afraid to record yourself talking, don't be afraid to listen to yourself talking. You are the only person you have to make proud, I will repeat it again, you are the only person you have to make proud. You know, you can make your parents proud, but they will always have a different expectation of you, you know, you have to make yourself, you have to know your why, why am I doing this, you know, your biggest why, know that you can achieve anything, and it will be done. Have faith, and keep trying every single day, but as I have said, I will repeat again, the most important thing for now is making the decision, because 99% of the people, they don't even know what they want, they go to college, and then they just drop out, and then they just start working at McDonald's. Why do you think? Because they were not passionate in the first place about the thing that they have studied. They went to school, they went to university studying, I don't know, psychology maybe, and then they didn't even pay attention, they were on their laptops like playing video games, and they were not accountable, they were not serious enough, they didn't know what they wanted, you know, like, if you don't know what you want, and you can't decide, and that's like you're already making a mistake at the first step. The first step is decision. The first step is actually awareness. You have to be aware that you are lacking in something, you're lacking in persistence, you're lacking in something, you know. That's what I wanted to say, I wanted to make it short and clean, so I will re-record it to make it even shorter for people with a low attention span, like me. No, I'm joking. Anyway, guys.
