Alright guys, today I will be talking about how to reprogram yourself. I will make this as simple and as short as possible so that you can listen back to it every single day. So basically what I do is I write down all the affirmations and all my goals and all my desires and everything, and I just listen back to them, and I try to hypnotize and recondition and reprogram myself. So how do I do it? I eliminate limiting beliefs. The number one reason why you're not growing is because you're limiting yourself. You think that, oh, because of your zodiac sign or some dumb stuff like that. That's what I used to think, you know, for years. Oh, I'm this zodiac sign, so that means that that's the reason why this cannot work out and whatever. Don't limit yourself. Have faith that it will work out. Never limit yourself because you are God within. God is in you. God is. You have to allow God to take control over you. You have to allow the inspiration from the God channel. There's this thing called God channel from the higher plane, and God is talking to you and through you. So you meet certain people for a certain reason, you know. You meet people and then you lose people, you know. It's all part of the process. The process must be trusted. Once you trust the process, then life becomes different. So for me, for example, I used to be always really guilty about the fact that I used my sexual energy negatively, and I also failed, and I also always used to have guilt and judging thoughts and limiting beliefs, and like my body reacted weirdly, and I just like lost my confidence. But I realized, you know, after years and years of years and years of masturbation and problems, you know, since I was 13 years old, you know, that's like over, that's like 10, 11 years ago, you know, I realized that these were limiting beliefs. Does that mean that you should be masturbating? No, you should not be doing that. But even if you do it, you know, you shouldn't be hating yourself. You have to, like, there was a time when I did it, and I just, for a whole week, I just kept scrolling. I'm like, my brain rot was like crazy, you know, but you have to first fix your mind, and once you fix your mind, everything will come into place. Like there is a thing called dark karma, or like, yeah, karma basically, you know, so once you, for example, do something like that, for me, for example, I just kept getting like bad luck for one or two weeks straight, and like people kept avoiding me, people kept screaming at me, bad things happened to me, you know, just I let something fall or something broke, and it's also, so there are two parts to this, you know. One is your belief, like if you keep having guilt and believe that you will attract bad, then you will attract bad, you know, but if you do it, you know, and, you know, it takes like a week or two to recover from it, and you want to like not attract bad for a while, you have to first ask for forgiveness, and then after you have to really not panic, okay, don't panic, start, yeah, just self-improvement things, and just work out, read, write, record yourself, listen back to what you have said, analyze yourself and everything, and just try to improve your life. How I am trying to improve my life currently is by talking to myself, and I always thought it was weird, but I was always like, you know, anti-social, like really closed, that was my belief, you know, I always had the belief that I'm anti-social, that I'm introverted, and I was always limiting myself, I cannot do this because I'm a Virgo, I cannot talk to this person because I'm anti-social, I cannot do this, and these programs in my head kept repeating and repeating, and I just limited myself, like this morning, for example, I woke up with like anxiety and like this uncomfortable feeling, but you know what, I realized that discomfort is good, and what I also realized is that the beginning is always the hardest, so what I suggest you to do is just start talking to yourself, and don't just start talking to yourself, do what I'm doing right now, record yourself talking to yourself on your phone, and listen to it, like you don't even have to make a video recording, you can just use a voice recording app, you know, that's what I'm doing right now, and it really did help me with my social life a lot, since I hear myself talk, and like when you hear yourself talk, and you listen to it, it's like self-hypnosis, for example, before when I was giving advice to people, and I was talking, like sometimes I said things I never expected myself to say, you know, and I kind of realized this thing about myself, that I'm actually really like different, you know, like I never thought that I could say these things, or I think like this, or things like this, obviously like there is a root, and there is like a reason why I said those things, because I was always into self-improvement, so it's not like I don't know the topic, but yeah, just an idea that came, and I shared it, and I didn't know that it would help somebody, and it helped people, and there were people who like thanked me, and they say that I saved them, so what I suggest you to do is, I just started this like a few days ago, so just record yourself talking, and keep listening to it, like it's really uncomfortable, and really weird, and who cares, bro, like who cares, just start, the main goal is not to like feel anxious, and weird, and whatever, just keep talking to yourself, you know, just to listen to what you're saying, keep writing, because when you write and reread what you wrote, you're reflecting on yourself, so you become more self-aware, so write, read what you write, talk, listen to what you say, and like even make videos, and rewatch yourself, you know, like look at yourself, how you act, how you talk, your body language, it's going to improve everything in your life, even like if you are interested in somebody, and you're wondering why this person is acting kind of weird around you, maybe you're not aware of a certain type of body language that you are doing or something, so self-analysis is really the key in life, you know, to really get to know yourself better, and really improve yourself, you know, so start working out, guys, and start talking to yourself, I mean, don't talk to yourself like on the street randomly, people look at you like what the hell is wrong with this guy, don't have to make it an obvious thing, you know, just talk to yourself when you're alone, and just, yeah, don't be insane, just record yourself talking to your phone, and listen to it, and analyze yourself, and then maybe write down your thoughts on what you should improve, yeah, actually, that's a good idea, see, this thing just came to my mind, just write down on a sheet of paper or maybe a notebook on what you should improve, and then you write down, for example, I was saying too much, or I was really inconsistent, or my tonality was off, you know, just write it down, and then just every single day keep recording yourself, talking to yourself, and just keep practicing, you know, repetition makes reputation, if you keep repeating something, then you become a master at it, don't keep repeating 100 things at the same time, just focus on one thing at a time, and then you will become great at it, so this is my challenge, not only for you, but also for myself, the challenge is to just self-reflect every single day, get to know yourself better, you know, keep improving yourself, read self-improvement books, meditate, take cold showers, work out, read, write, you know, you don't even have to be around people you don't like, you know, like I'm introverted, and I have always had this belief that I'm introverted, I'm anti-social, and I actually felt really bad and really uncomfortable in the beginning, because I just moved in alone, and just focus on improving the quality of your thoughts, because once you improve the quality of your thoughts, then you improve the quality of your beliefs, and once you improve the quality of your beliefs, you improve the quality of your actions, and once you improve the quality of your actions, you improve the quality of your life, so this all goes hand-in-hand, you know, and I'm just practicing, like, my thing was always writing, but I realized that if I want to create the right network, you know, then I have to talk as well, you know, I have to show up, I have to tell them that I'm here, that I'm interested in this thing, or else they will never find out, I always expected people to start talking about their interests by themselves, and if I wasn't interested in what they are interested in, or they just kept talking useless stuff, like they're interested in distractions, or something that's not related to self-improvement, or self-analysis, or, like, spirituality, philosophy, faith, something that's just not improving my life, I just, yeah, I kept going, you know, you have to have faith in yourself, and the beginning is always the hardest, and in the beginning it's always the hardest decision, you know, you don't know what to do, you just keep doubting yourself, you know, and actually, it's okay to doubt yourself, you know, because everybody doubts themselves in the beginning, you know, and accept that you are doubting yourself, accept that you are not perfect, accept that, you know, even though you're doubting yourself, you should still be persistent every single day, like, just decide what you want, once you know what you want, you will work towards it, but wait, that's not it, there will be one thousand things that will try to distract you, TikTok, friends, family, work, what else, like, people calling you, like, people texting you, you scrolling through social media, and then you realize you just wasted your life, and this also goes for me, because I'm going to be honest, you know, I don't want to be, like, preaching something that I'm, like, doing, I'm just trying to improve myself as well, and I'm just trying to talk to myself and talk to you guys, and become a better version of myself, and stop having limiting beliefs, because having limiting beliefs is, like, the worst thing that you could have, and never panic, you know, it's easy to say, because sometimes, like, your hormones, they are kind of, like, tricking you, and kind of lying to you, and whatever, especially after something, like, sexual, but I also wanted to say that your spiritual and your sexual energy are the same, so take care of your spiritual energy, that means also take care of your sexual energy, do not watch porn, or do not masturbate, and don't waste it on things. What I suggest you to do, which I did not do, so I'm actually not proud of myself, because I actually just failed, but, yeah, what you should do, and what I should do, most importantly, is whenever you feel this feeling, that's a feeling of a lot of energy, so this is sexual energy, so whenever you feel this overload of energy, you should just do push-ups, and just get yourself tired, and if you cannot do push-ups, or whatever, just, I don't know what to say, because I'm also kind of, like, struggling with this, you know, so, there were times where I went, like, four months without, like, masturbation and stuff like that, but it's not easy, you know, it's not easy, it's really not an easy thing to do. Just try your best, and just remember that your spiritual energy is your sexual energy. Just, if you can, do, like, 20 push-ups, do as many push-ups as you can until you get tired, and, yeah, don't forget that. Also, I also want to talk about reminders, so what are reminders? So, every single day we wake up, you know, and the day before we wake up, we have to already plan our day, because if you are already in the present moment, then you can't really plan what you're going to do, like, I don't know, you can actually plan what you're going to do, like, in an hour, but that's, like, kind of, you have to also think about it for a long time, like, what am I going to do today, so that's also a challenge for myself, I want to share, to plan beforehand, so, I am going, I found a new job, and I'm going to work, I have to wake up at, like, 5, and, oh, okay.
