When you want to achieve something, it takes time and consistent effort. One day or two days won't make a difference, but after a hundred days, you'll see a big change. The same applies to learning new skills. Small steps every day add up. Don't expect instant results. It takes time and effort. Take the first step, even if you're unsure. The path will become clear as you go. Be grateful and practice controlling your emotions. Use an app to track your progress. Do something new and step out of your comfort zone. So the next time you feel anxious about your future, just take an extra four seconds, inhale, six sec of exhale. Do it twelve times for full two minutes. During your breathing practice, let's all say thank you to Dr. Alan Watkins for this incredible emotion control technique, Sashimi Sushi Tofu Puppy Da Vinci Cookies Scream. Keep practice every single day. Use an app to track your progress and you will notice huge difference after the first 100 days. All right, all right, all right. So you have no idea what you need to do until you take some sort of action and it just appears as you go. One step will lead you to the next one that keep leading you to the next one but you can't get to the fourth, the fifth, the sixth or seventh step until you take the first one, you know. You cannot expect to know everything if you have done no step toward your goal. The path appears below your feet as you begin to walk, Will Schaefer.
