This meditation uses the four traditional elements of earth, water, air, and fire to focus the mind on the breath and the body in a new way. By using the four elements, we are able to feel a deeper appreciation for the complexity of our body and the many levels of cooperation that are taking place continuously below our normal level of consciousness.
