To discourage non-smokers from taking out vaping we're today confirming the introduction of an exercise duty on vaping products from October 26th and publishing a consultation on its design. And how has the opposition responded Matt? Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer called the Budget the last desperate act of a party that's failed and a Tory con after receiving backlash from the Conservative party throughout the Budget. Thank you Madam Deputy Speaker. There we have it, the last desperate act of a party that has failed. Now back to Ema with the rest of the headlines. Thanks Matt. Three men have been arrested following a crash that resulted in a violent altercation involving machetes last night at 10.21pm. West Yorkshire Police have now shut Gledshow Lane in both directions. It was reported there was a collision involving a Se Leon and Toyota Yaris at the junction with Gledhow Valley Road. The West Yorkshire Police have also reported there was a collision with a Ford Focus earlier. Before being arrested all three men were taken to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The march began at the entrance of Leeds City bus station before the marchers carried the mock coffin through the city centre and towards BBC Leeds. Here is One Unite for Energy for all representatives talking about what they're campaigning against. And in one constituency in Leeds, Leeds Central, 47% of households, that's nearly half, are in fuel poverty. You know that's Homeless people in Leeds are getting help from volunteers who used to be homeless themselves. The new charity comes as last figures show that rough sleeping has risen by 14%. Play Action International has commented on a Leeds Beckett University student who was raised £1,040 in total for charity Project Play. The volunteer coordinator Matthew Young shares how the money raised by Oliver will be used to help the children. He's helped a lot of money which goes towards delivering play session which then goes towards helping teachers which then goes towards like helping kids education which is just like accidentally just like so awesome there. So it can go a pretty long way. Now to Leo with the sports. Thanks Ema. The final sports updates from today. Following last night's victory Leeds United travelled to Sheffield Wednesday in an all-Yorkshire clash. Friday night's game could see Leeds jump above Ipswich into second place. Manager Daniel Farker spoke at his press conference at 3pm ahead of today's match. The same squad is available like for yesterday. Obviously yes there were a few knocks and a few hits and apart from this everyone came through and without bigger problems and I expect that we travel more or less with the same squad. England rugby union coach Kevin Sinfield says they're coming up against arguably the best team in the world this weekend. They play host to Grand Slam champions Ireland on Saturday at Twickenham. I think they've only lost two games in the last 22 so it shows what a great outfit they are. We've done our homework. We've prepared the team the best we can. We're looking forward to the game. What a challenge it is for us. England cricketer Jonny Bairstow will be aiming to mark his 100th test match with an improved performance with the bats against India tomorrow. His best score from in the innings was the 30-80 he got in the last test in Ranchi but Bairstow isn't lingering on a below par at all so far. A couple of good balls and what have you a couple of bad decisions but that comes part and parcel of playing cricket in India. That's allowed to happen. Yeah I've been in the zone every every game that we've set out to play. There's not been a single one where my preparation's been any different to what it will be for this week. Back to Eamonn now. Thanks Leo. Leo Tax Radio. It is 3.35.
