This is a hypnobirth self-hypnosis session where you are guided to relax your body and mind. You are instructed to focus on your breathing and relax different parts of your body. You repeat a positive affirmation to yourself and then adjust dials for hearing, awareness, and relaxation to deepen your relaxation. Finally, you are guided to return to full alertness.
